Chapter 35

Spencers Pov

I stared into the mirror. It looked perfect. I was finally graduating. I grabbed the cap and place it onto my head. The plan was to finish high school, go to university, get a job, meet a man and then start a family. But I guess life didn't want it to happen like that. There was a knock on the door. It was Alison. "Hey you ready to go, the girls are in the car." Alison said. I gave her a nod and then walked out the house shutting the door behind me.The girls were in the car and so was Grace. "Where is Isaac?"I asked Aria.

"He is with my mum and Zack, they are going to be in the audience." She replied. I got in the car and took a seat next to Grace. "Alison are you going to go back to school?" I questioned.

"No, I graduated in New York." She anwsered. Confusion struck my mind. "How, we were in 8th grade when you left." I asked.

"Spencer, its New York, I took some classes online at night and work through the day and every monday the theater was closed so I would attend a collage while Grace was at nusury." She said.

"Never, would have assumed that." I said then realising how rude it sounded. "Sorry."

"Its okay Spencer, but I had to, so Grace can have a future not just me." Alison said with a small smile. "I have changed alot since I was gone." We arrived at the ceremony and our parents were already there.

Aria Pov

I can't believe the day is finally here. I went up to my mum and gave her a hug and then played with Isaac for a few minutes. Zack came towards us holding two bottles of water. "Hey Zack." I said giving him a wave. "Hey Aria, your finally graduating high school." He said. "So what are you going to do now?"

"I have to find a part time job, to support Isaac, you guys gave me the house but I need to pay for food and other things." I said.

"I can give you a part time job at the brew if you want." Zack said.

"No I couldn't. I have already got an interview for a couple of jobs lined up." I said.

"Well, if you change your mind just call me." Zack said.

"Thank you." I said.

"Are you going to stay in school." My mum asked.

"Yeah, but Im starting next year, Isaac will turn 1 so I can enroll him into a nursery." I replied.

"Okay, thats a good idea." Mum said.

"I have to go now there starting." I said.

"Goodluck Aria" My mum said. I walked back to the girls and took my seat behind the stage. The teacher began her speech and then started to read a names from the list. Hanna had gotten up followed by Emily then Spencer. It was finally my turn.I got up and straightened the robe. I began walking towards the teacher. I took my certificate from the teacher and walked to the other side. My mum and Zack where clapping. I had just noticed that Mike had also come and was clapping at the side. I looked around and saw that Alison and Grace see clapping. I went down the steps and hugged Hanna, Emily and Spencer who were squeling. The teacher finished reading the rest of the list and gave her ending speech. We were all dismissed and let out. "Congratulations Aria" A voice from behind me said. I turned around and saw it was my dad.

"Thank you." I mumble trying to be polite.

"How are you?" He asked.

" Fine....I have to get going. " I said. I quickly scattered away and left my dad. I could tell that he was having a rough time. His beard was scruffy as well as his hair. His clothes has stains on it. I looked around and went back to my friends who were with our parents. "Today has been amazing." Emily said. We all nodded. Today really had been a good day.

A/N Short chapter it was really just a filler chapter. I updated twice today casue tomorrow I am going to go visit some family for the day and I wont be on Wattpad
