Ana is such a baby sometimes. So naive, so innocent, like right now. She is looking adorable eating her chocolate pancakes. Who has chocolate pancakes and hot chocolate for breakfast? Yeah that's right, Ariana. Ana. My Ana. I see Jake ogling at her, although I am sure he is not aware that he is doing it. He likes her. Very much. I love him for not trying to woo her or anything because I have a feeling that Ana's gonna like him more than she likes me. Jake is like that. He is better. A better person, a better boyfriend, a better brother.

Arianna is getting a little messy and Jake looks like he wants to feed her but he resists.

"So, what plans for the day?" I ask him. He tears his gaze off my girlfriend and looks at me.

"I have my day off. What about you?"

"I have to be at the hospital. Well, of you will be at home, can you help Ana with her maths? She sucks at it and could use some help."

Ana looks up from her delectable food for the first time and makes a face.

"Sure, if she is game." He tells us nonchalantly.

Ana is about to protest when I glare at her. She settles for a shrug. Jake smiles.

I kiss her and her pouts turns into a smile :)

I know, I know, it's a really short chapter! There will be bigger chapters, I promise! :)
