Part three we've known each other how long?

{after school} [Bakura's POV]
I waited but the cherry blossom tree just like I agreed to do and I was anxious to see her again. "Bakura your here!" A girl said and hugged me from behind and I know who it was and I turn to her with a smile that soon faded when I saw who was with her. "Yami is coming with us apparently he also loves horses isn't that funny?" She said and giggled and I shot Yami a glare and smiled at Miwa. "Really that is funny I always thought that he hated horses." I said and Miwa looked to Yami confused. "Oh Bakura so little you know about me I have always loved horses, I think you were thinking of your self." He said and I got mad I wanted to punch him but I did not want to scare Miwa off. "No you don't know me you punk." And that's when Miwa spoke up. "Ok I get what's happening here. You two don't like each other huh?" She said and I nodded as Yami shook his head but then nodded when he saw me nodding. "Well then I guess I can't take both of you today or else the horses will sense your hate for each other and it might scare them." She said and thought for a minute. "Sorry Yami but I invited Bakura to the ranch first so I'm going to take him first ok? Please don't be mad I'll take you tomorrow if your interested." Miwa said and Yami looked hurt for a second then he just smiled. "That's ok I guess I mean you did invite him first but I'm busy tomorrow maybe some other time." He said and walked off and Miwa stared for a while then turned to me with a big smile on her face. "Yay he bought it, that was good wasn't it?" She said to me now I'm confused and she saw the confusion on my face. "Oh come now do you really think the horses would get scared because you and Yami hate each other?" She said to me and I was even more confused was she pretending not to know me but really does? I thought to myself and got excited. "You mean you remember me?" I asked her then she looked confused. "Of course I do. Remember you screamed my name in the class which scared me then learned your name at lunch, what did you think I had short term memory loss or are you some kind of a nut or something?" She said braking my heart and all hopes of her remembering me from all those wonderful years ago. "Haha just kindling." I said and she giggled. "Your funny well I guess I should come clean and tell you why I fooled Yami like that." She said and smiles again. "It's because I wanted to spend time with you alone and not with 'Mr. I'm the king of games I am the best bla bla bla oh did I mention I was the king of games?' Man that's all he talks about it's getting on my nerves and I've only known him one day! Plus I want to get to know you better any ways." She said and I was so happy to hear her say that it filled my heart with so much love I just wanted to kiss her till she ran out of breath but I could not because that would probably scare her so I just smiled at her and she smiled back. At the ranch we walked around and we talked. "Hey you want to met my favorite horse?" She asked and I said yeah and we walked over to a stall with a beautiful brown horse with white tips on it tail and main. "It's beautiful." I said it looked just like that one she had all though years ago the horse looked at me and walked over and nudged my face clearly she remembered me. "Hey it normally takes her months to be this friendly towards others. Man she must like you the way I do." She said and hugged my arm and I smiled as I pet the horses nose. "I like both of you too." I tell them and Miwa looks at me and smiles with that beautiful smile of hers. "It's so strange I feel like I've know you for a long time but I just can't put my finger on it." She said and I smiled at her. "Maybe we met in another life." I said giving her memory a hint. "Maybe. That would be cool if we did." She said and started laughing a little and I joined her. "Wow that actually make sense a little. Could that really happen?" She asked me full of interest and I shrugged. "I don't know maybe." I said and she thought for a moment. "Could that be how you knew who I was before I told you my name?" She asked oh Burger she figured it out. Wait this could be a good thing. "Yes." I tell her and she was really excited now. "Really? Where did we meet? How long ago? Were we friends? Were we rivals? Were we married? Were we dating? Did we work together? What were we? Oh please tell me I'll never sleep Tonight if I don't know." Oh she's so cute I love her so much my feeling for her have not changed. "Well you were my girlfriend and I was the king of thieves." I tell her and she went red in the face. "Wow wow wait you were the king of thieves?" She asked me and I nodded. "Yes." I said and she looked panicked. "Did I know that big fact about you?" She asked and I nodded. "I made sure you knew that before you and I started seeing each other, you didn't mind because you really loved me." I tell her in a calm voice she panicked more. "I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE KING OF THIEVES! No it couldn't have been, this can't be true I would never be ok with something like that, OMG. I can't believe this. It's bad enough to fall in love with a regular thief, BUT THE KING OF THEM ALL? That's tooo much." She said hearing this broke my heart. It didn't bother her back then, well I suppose this isn't back then this is a new time period and I guess we're both a little different now then back then in Egypt. I thought to my self as a single tear ran down my face. "Oh Bakura please don't cry I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound so cruel, I was just shocked I fell in love with a thief king. Oh please don't cry please." She said and hugged me and I just stood there letting her hug me. "Oh your mad at me aren't you I'm sorry I'm such a terrible what ever the heck I am." She said and let go of me and turned her back on me her face in her hands and crying and I go up to her and hug her from behind. "It's ok Miwa. Don't you start crying, I'm not mad at you I was just thinking that's all, shuu don't cry." I said and she turned around and hugged me again and I hugged back. "Y...your not m...mad?" She asked trying to stop crying and I nod my head. "I'm not mad." I said and she looked at me. "What were y..you thin..thinking o..of?" She asked and I smiled at her. "I was thinking that when we were in love was a long time ago 5,000 years ago in fact...." was all I said before she gasped. "5,000 YEARS? OH MY GOODNESS! So I'm a lot older then seventeen huh?" She said and I chuckled. "I guess but you don't look it." I said. "How old are you? Now I mean." Oh do I dare tell her she's older then me who knows how she'll react to that if she reacted the way she did to me being the king of thieves. "Um I don't know if you want to know my age here." I tell her and she looked to the ground. "Your younger then me aren't you?" She asked oh burger. "Yes. And yes you were older then me back then to just in case your interested." I tell her and she looked up at me. "And you were ok with that?" She asked and I nodded. "I never thought twice about your age, I mean your only two years older." I said and she looked away. "I guess things were different back then huh." She said. "Yeah I guess I was actually just thinking of that not to long ago." I tell her and she turned back to me. "Are you still in the life of crime?" She asked and I had to nod I couldn't keep any secrets from her. "And I'm still older then you...I'm sorry Bakura it may take some time for me to go over this new information and even more time to try and accept it. Will you give me that time?" She said and I smiled at her and hugged her. "Take all the time you need."
