                                                                     BULLIES

Ayumi had stayed at home for the past few days while the Sakamaki brothers had gone to school. At first she was in high spirits from recieving this news but soon got bored and actually wanted to learn. Eventually, though, Reiji realised he couldn't keep her out of education forever just because of some vile half-bloods.

Ayumi stood in front of her mirror and fixed the scarlet bow into place but left her shirt untucked and slipped on a black zip up hoodie. She hurriedly slipped on her shoes and grabbed her bag and dashed downstairs.

She was the third to arrive with Reiji, obviously, and Kanato waiting for her and the rest of the brothers. Ayumi couldn't help thinking back to yesterday, the way Reiji ran his finger over her neck like a feather and how he 'claimed' her as his own.

Eventually all the brothers and Ayumi were sat in a pristine limo driven by something called a familiar. They sat in silence, Shu preoccupied with his music, Kanato talking to his teddy and Laito sending her flirtatious glances. Ayumi thought about school, how previous school experiences weren't exactly... nice.

"~Nfu fu bitch~chan why the long face?~" Laito pieced the silence and smiled patronisingly at Ayumi who simply ingnored him. Laito feigned hurt, "~So cold~"

Soon Ayumi could hear exited screams and squeals and all the brothers, execpt from the playboy, groaned. Ayumi sighed. Fangirls.

Sure enough as soon as they set foot out of the limo girls burst into cheers but whispers followed as soon as Ayumi stepped out the car. No doubt they were wondering what a girl was doing with the Sakamakis. Glares were fired her way but Ayumi tried to ignore them.

All the arrangments were already handled by Reiji so as soon as Ayumi got her time table she was off to first period, Spanish. Luckily Ayumi was practically fluent in Spanish so she passed through that class easily. Second, period was math.

Ayumi already hated math but the fact that she was next to Laito made it even worse. While she was revising circumference and radius Laito kept on purring sexual things into her ear and sneakily licking her neck.

Break. Glorious break. Every girl kept on glowering at her as she walked through the hallways. Suddenly she was smashed against the lockers by a girl with long, bright blonde hair and a shirt two sizes two small. She smirked,

"You stay away from my boys and you carry on in this school perfectly fine. If you don't I will make your life a living hell. Choose now, the easy way or the hard way." The smirk left her face as she growled at Ayumi.

"Sorry, whoever you are, but I don't think that's going to happen any time soon. I live with them." The blondie snarled,

"The hard way then." She let her go before she beckoned a girl forward. Ayumi had seen her on posters around the school, Katachi zhen, head of the karate club. By now a crowd had formed, including the Sakamakis. Katachi snarled, Ayumi however still leaned against the lockers with a rather peeved expression. Katachi lunched forward with her fist coming down to Ayumi's face.

"Aaggh! agh!" The crowd froze. Ayumi had caught Katachi's fist in her hand and was bending it so I was on the verge of breaking. She let go but Katachi dived in again. Ayumi dogded and swirled around her before slamming her into the lockers and making sure to glare menacingly.

"Leave me alone." And with that she walked away just as the bell rang to get to her next class.

The rest of the school day flew by like a breeze, even with the rumors spreading. Soon Ayumi and the Sakamaki brothers were all seated once again in the limo and headed home. Ayumi was sat in-between Ayato and Shu. She couldn't help envying Shu and his ability to block out world and fall asleep where ever he is. She decided to try it. Surprisingly it worked and soon she was asleep.

"What do you fight for, child?"

"I lost the ones I love. I want to stop it from happening again".

"Then you must train harder, faster than anyone else. I feel it, child, soon the need will come to protect those you care about, and yourself".

Ayumi woke up with a start, breathing rapidly. She looked around. She recognised Reiji's room and his smell. Heh, you would begin to think she was becoming a vampire. But no, Ayumi just liked the smell of strong tea and vanilla. Whenever the smell hit her nose she would smile, it made her feel endangered but safe at the same time.

She crawled out of Reiji's bed and sauntered into his laboratory to find Reiji reading again. He looked up.

"Finally, you are awake." Finally? Why was he waiting? Meh, probably wanted me to clean. Reiji stood up and picked up a small book before striding over to Ayumi.

"Stand up straight."

"Wh-"

"Stand up straight." Ayumi did as she was told and felt a book being placed on her head. The book wobbled and fell off. Reiji smirked.

"I am teaching you posture. Something I see you lack. Everytime that book falls off your head the harsher your punishment will become." He placed it on her head again before ordereing her to proceed with her daily tasks.

After an hour and a half of cleaning Ayumi cringed. She didn't do very well.

"You dropped the book sixteen times". Ayumi's heart dropped. She felt her hands getting clammy and stared down at the floor.

This punishment was going to be bad.
