Searching For A Way Out

      The very next day Raymond woke up to the smell of pancakes, eggs, sausage and coffee...He got up and went into the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face...Last night had been a lil rough for Rachel.. Her best friend was missing...Her former boss/brother/best friend was out looking for clues... Everything seemed to be crumbling around her...So he was going to be that foundation that never fails for her...He walked into the kitchen and she was sitting at the table...She looked as if she hadn't gotten any sleep...

     "Rough night?" He asked...She sighed...

     "I'm so worried about Saranya...What if she is d..." She couldn't bring herself to say it...Tears slid from her eyes...Raymond rushed to her side...He pulled her up into his arms...

      "Don't talk like that...I'm sure she is fine...We are gonna figure this out okay...Please don't think the worst..."He said as he rubbed her back...She cried into his shoulder...Then she looked up at the TV and pulled away from him...She walked over to the counter and turned it up...

     "Good Morning...I am Ruth Muddles bringing you breaking news. This morning at approximately 3 am...3 intruders broke into Devyn Myllz
home...It is said that one got away and 2 were shot dead by the family's bodyguards...We have Darryl Coldens live on the scene with more details..." A pale white older male came up on the screen standing in front of a beautiful home swarming with police and investigators...

     "Thank you Ruth...Devyn's wife was here with her children and their 3 bodyguards when the intruders came in... She says she was in her shower when she heard gunfire from inside the house and as she hopped out she heard more gunshots outside...She ran to her kids bedrooms and they weren't there...She screamed for them...She says she then ran down the stairs and saw two men laying in pools of blood...Her bodyguards ran back in...She says she asked where we're her kids...That's when she was informed that the kids had been put into a van and the other intruders sped off in it...The police are working to identify the two dead...They will not discuss anything else with us...So back to you Ruth..." He said...

        "Oh how devestating it must feel to know that your children have been taken from right up under you...Such a tragic situation...I hope those children are found.. We should start searching now...Let's help bring these children home..." Ruth said...Rachel could not believe what she was hearing...Her knees buckled and she began to fall but Raymond caught her...He grabbed a chair and let her sit down...

     "Devyn must be so upset...Those kids are his world...Ive got to go see him..." She said and got up to go and get ready...

        Saranya woke up to the sound of Lil Ro yelling her name...She hopped up and went into the living room and there stood Lil Ro looking down at the couch...She followed his glance and there was Devyn's children sitting on the couch holding each other tightly...Saranya looked at him...He was beyond pissed...

       "Stay away from us!!!" Screamed the older boy...

       "We are not going to hurt you...We know your dad...The bad man put us here as well..." Saranya said to the children...They looked at her and relaxed a bit...

       "Call my daddy if you know him..." Said the little girl...

       "The bad men took our phones...We have been here for a week now..." She said sitting down on the couch infront of them...

       "Why are the bad men doing this?" Asked the boy...

       "He is a bad man...And he thinks your dad is bad...So he is trying to make us believe that...But we won't...We are going to get out of here okay..." She said to them...The kids looked all around them...They loosened their grip on each other a little...Saranya looked at Lil Ro and motioned him to talk to them...
