Dead Like Me (Ch.5)

Beep.....beep....beep.....beep. Can that stupid noise stop I'm trying to sleep here. Beep...beep.... I open my eyes and all I see is white.

"This maybe the thing I say people are stupid for doing in horror movies but....Hello?"

"Mom?" I relied. Tears start forming in my eyes.

"She is in a meeting."

"Which is going to be a good idea?" I say very eager now that she mentioned this.

"Wait mom you can't go already I have questions."

I hear the beeping from earlier again but it's going faster I'm panicking right now but the beeping goes back to normal rate now. I guess because I calmed down.

"Paige" I hear an unknown voice calling.

Opening my eyes I see a handful of doctors leaning over me. I jump back a little not happy with them in my face.

"What the hell?"

"Well I can see you are awake you have a visitor."

They walked out and my visitor walked in he sat down beside me when he looked up and pulled his hoodie down my eyes widen at his presence.
