Prologue

(My POV [AKA Jazmine])

My bro signed us both up for Total Drama, he said he wanted to have some fun. I agreed to it, hopefully, me being a famous Youtuber, will make us have better chances of getting in there. And I also wanted to have fun as well and give my Mushroom Members something different to watch. (my Subscribers)

You see, I'm the famous Youtuber: JazmineToad's Adventures. I got a couple awards for friendliest gaming Youtuber. I make most of my videos with my friends and get along with fans when I do meet them so it makes sense. Although I'm not that famous, like DanTDM or PopularMMOs wise. I only got a couple thousand like Failboat, I actually did meet him in a Minecraft lobby once. (No joke, I actually did for real. Screenshot to prove it.)

I'm mostly only famous in Canada because I am Canadian. Kinda why I agreed to sign up for TD (Total Drama) because it was a Canadian TV show. (True Fact, look it up) I just hope no one recognizes me because it'd be fun to actually compete for real not be favoured and have a bunch of fakes being nice my just because I was already well known.

When we got the phone saying that we were in, we were both filled with excitement. It may be dangerous as heck but hey, like I say: LLL (Livin' Like Larry [That's YOLO {You Only Live Once} before it was a thing.] it's from SpongeBob.)

The bus arrived at the stop and surprisingly, I and my brothers were the first ones there other than the driver, who was wearing a chef hat and apron. I'm prettier sure he's more of a chef than a bus driver, this must be Chef from the show. I only know the employees from the interviews so I guess I'm not too prepared for this, I'm sure my Mushroom Members will help me out as I go along.

My brother sat in the back and saved me a spot, but I stayed in the front well it was quiet and to try and find out more about this show, so I told my brother I'd join in the back at the next bus stop. We took our seats and the bus started driving. I stayed quiet for a little while before I spoke up.

"So exactly where will we be travelling?" I asked.

"Chris says it's all a surprise but I think he's still planning where to go," He replied. "You're one of the new contestants aren't you?"

"Yup, name's Jazmine." I proudly said.

"You mean Jazmine as in JazmineToad's Adventures? 'Cause you look a lot like her girly." He stated. I sweat dropped, was I that easy to recognize?

"Y-Yeah," I replied nervously replied. "I do have the proof if-"

"I knew it! You visited the restaurant I worked at one time remember?" He said, but I was still puzzled. "When you were younger, your family came to the restaurant I worked at a couple of times and you were wearing the exact same sweater that you always wore. Even the summertime, which it is now, you wore it. You said it was your signature sweater or something. I could recognize that sweater anywhere"

"Oh, Chef!" I finally recognized him. "I thought I recognized that voice, long time no see."

"Long time indeed, you seem to busy with your videos to come by." He laughed.

"I was, but I did visit one time but they said you didn't work there anymore. Something about a 'Being on TV' they said. So I guess this was it?"

"Yeah, not what I was expecting though. But boy I'm glad someone friendly is finally gonna be on the show."

"Oh, I'm not so sure."

"What do you mean? You were one of the restaurant's best customers! That's why we advertised your YouTube channel there, and in return, you advertised our restaurant. That place got more customers thanks to you. Everyone who worked there considered you like family including me."

"Heh, well I'm glad I could help. But I have a very complicated personality so it all depends on the people I'm around."

"Well you better win the million, you deserve it more than anyone else."

"I appreciate it, but that's only because of favouritism. Plus there's also my bro" I pointed to my brother all the way in the back.

"You mean that's Antonio?" Chef asked surprised.

"Yup, that's my brother Antonio," I answered his question. "I'm easier to spot out with this Minecraft sweater, aren't I?"

"That makes sense on why he was with you."

"Yeah, hopefully, we'll be on the same team."

"Well don't get your hopes up, Chris doesn't like being nice to them most of the time."

"Eh, well I'll be fine either way I guess. It's just would be helpful so we have less chance of getting booted off before the final and because we know each other of course. But I guess we'll be fine either way."

"Maybe he'll make an exception since you're already famous."

"Oh no! I'm not revealing I'm JazmineToad's Adventures, I want to keep that on the down low. Don't want the wrong attention, right?"

Chef nodded in understanding what might happen.

Antonio joined in our conversation for a little while, it was quite fun.

"We're almost at the next stop," Chef announced.

"Welp, that's my cue to move to the back with my brother," I said and start picking up my stuff.

"You mean you're changing seats?" Chef questioned.

"No, I'm getting off the bus." I sarcastically answered. "Yes, I'm moving seats. I'd rather not make any bad introductions before the show starts."

"Alright," Chef said.

I picked up the rest of my stuff and headed to the back and sat down where my brother saved me a spot. I put down my stuff and got into a comfortable position. Pulling in my earbuds and scrolling to look for good music the bus stopped and new teens came on. I looked up from my phone and was surprised. It was my America friends Rain, Zia and Venus. How did they get on the show? Did they follow me on board here? I'm pretty sure I didn't post anything on Social Media saying that I was coming on this show.

I waved over to them and they were immediately were surprised as well and come over to me and my brother. They took the seats in front of me and my brother, Zia and Venus sitting on the right side of the bus in front of me and Rain sitting in front of my brother on the left side of the bus. How ironic is this? Well, for me, there is a lot of ironic and irony that comes too often for me so I'm kinda used to it. (The name Jazmine does not help. :l )

"Hey guys," I excitedly greeted them. "Did you follow us on the show?" I joked.

"Oh yeah," Zia sarcastically started.

"We totally did that," Venus finished.

"We should be asking you the same question," Rain shout back.

"Nah, my brother wanted to do something crazy and I went along with it," I stated. "What about you guys? Why did you sign up?" I asked.

"I take risks," Rain simply responded.

"Well, this sure makes it feeling better going into a competition with friends," I thought out loud.

"Yeah, but you may as well quit now because I'm gonna win," Venus bragged.

"Oh yeah, who said you'd win?" Zia questioned. 

"It's gonna be a long ride," I groaned and pulled my earbuds in once more and start listening to music well riding a book.
