Chapter 1

The Micheals' house👆🏻

Julianna's P.O.V-

"I'm home!" I yell walking through the door after cheer practice.
"Shut up no one cares!" Austin yells back. I roll my eyes.
"Austin McCoy," papa warned. I walked into the kitchen and got a water. I started drinking it when Callan ran into the kitchen.
"Julianna!" He yelled jumping into my arms. I caught him and set him on my hip.
"Hey Callan," I said setting my water down. Then my dad walked into the kitchen.
"Hey Jules," he said kissing my head.
"Hey dad," I said setting Callan down. "I'm taking a shower so I will be out in a little while," I said and he nodded. I walked upstairs and passed Austin's room.
"Turn your stupid video games down we don't all want to rot our brains," I said annoyed at how loud his tv was.
"Shut up Julianna it's not even that loud. Besides I'm healthier than you," he said.
"No way! I'm way more fit and eat better than you," I said.
"Bet! Race me downstairs," he said. We counted to three and bolted downstairs. I made it down first but only to run into my papa.
"Sorry papa," I said while glaring at Austin who was laughing.
"Julianna what have I said about running in the house?" He said with his arms crossed.
"Yeah Julianna?" Austin asked. He got on my last nerves. I tackled him and pinned his arms down.
"Julianna Adelynn, Get off of your brother!" Papa yelled as he pulled me off. "Room! Now!" He said angrily. Great. He's mad at me again. I groaned and went up to my room to take a shower.

Travis' P.O.V-

I rubbed my head and sat in the kitchen.
"What did she do now?" Jordan asked while washing the dishes.
"She came running down the stairs with Austin and ran into me. Austin made her mad and then she tackled him so I sent her to her room," I said as I took a drink of my smoothie. Callan came skipping in.
"Papa, where did Jules go I want to color with her," Callan said while holding his coloring supplies.
"She is in her room right now bud but she's in trouble. Why don't you go look for Austin?" I suggested and he looked sad.
"No, Austin makes me watch him play scary video games," he said setting his stuff on the counter.
"Well buddy, can you go color in the tv room so me and daddy can talk?" I asked him. He nodded and grabbed his stuff and walked out.
"What's up babe?" He asked sitting at the table with me.
"It's Julianna. It's gonna be her 17th birthday in less than a month and I want to do something for her or get her something she has always wanted," I said.
"Travis, we have time to think about it. Besides, we have to figure out what she wants," Jordan said and I nodded.
"I know I just feel bad. I'm always the one to discipline her so I want to make it up to her," I said.

Julianna' P.O.V-

I got out of the shower and changed into a white crop top with overall shorts and white sneakers.

I put my hair into a high ponytail when I got a message from my best friend Marissa.

M- Hey Jules. Me, Jackson, Quentin, Damian, and Patrick were going to the mall and we are wondering if you wanted to go?
J- let me ask my one of my dads
M- ok
