Chapter 8

Noah after having lunch slept for sometime as he didn't sleep nicely at night because of his dream, by the time he woke up it was evening so he wanted to go for a walk but eventhough Ming told him to prepare snacks for him at evening daily he don't want to meet Ming today as he is still thinking about that dream he wanted to avoid Ming for few days. Noah told Sua that he is going for a walk and left without giving Sua chance to follow him. As imperial palace is big without knowing himself time passed by quickly while he was roaming and this time he remembered the route he came so that he can reach his quarter safely, as it already became dark he was on his way to his quarter. On his way he saw Changmin, as Changmin already got permission from Emperor to try his ways to make Noah fall for him, it also means that he also got permission to visit Noah's quarter without any worries, so Changmin was also on his way to search for Noah's room as he don't know where it is and unexpectedly met Noah which made Changmin very happy.

"Hi Changmin how are you?",
"Fine, how are you are you feeling well now, did your memories return",
"I am fine, but still i don't remember anything about my past, why are you this side of palace where Emperor's women stay? Leave immediately before someone finds you, it is not fine to come here i think so", for that Changmin replied with a calm expression
"It is fine Noah, as i have already got permission from Emperor to visit you when ever i want" he also added "as i am your childhood friend" by seeing Noah's questioning gaze, 

" then you can visit me when ever you want",

"Yes",
" that's good, atleast i can meet you frequently and pass my time", while speaking with Changmin Noah remembered about his dream and wanted to check weather he is attracted to guys or not, so he hugged him without notice and was relieved as he didn't feel differently, Changmin was shocked by his sudden action but he felt happy to receive hug from Noah, to cover this Noah said " it is a friendly hug, as i am very happy by listening to you i hugged you", eventhough Changmin felt somewhat sad for Noah's response but replied with a calm expression "yeah i know that" and they both started walking to Noah's place. But they don't know that they were being watched by a pair of angry eyes.

Ming waited for Noah at  their usual meeting place for a long time but still he didn't see Noah and was on his way to his room while he saw Noah hugging Changmin, this is second time they were hugging in-front of him, he got very angry, but he didn't do anything as he already gave permission to Changmin and he also don't know weather  this Noah is the person he has been searching for or not, so first he need to confirm it, so as there is nothing he can do now he went to his room silently.

As it is already late in the evening Changmin simply left Noah at his place and left by saying that he will visit him tomorrow. As Noah was hungry he had dinner early and went to bed, today also Noah got same dream and so today also he got up early, he don't know he got same dream again he didn't even meet Ming yesterday, as he want to get some fresh air he went for a morning walk and by the time Sua got up Noah has already return from his walk, and now he is somewhat calm and wanted to find-out reason for his recurring dream.

In Concubine Chen's place Chen got up early today to prepare herself and to meet Noah as soon as possible, so that she can tell to Noah about her new found matter from his informer (Chen has placed number of informers in imperial palace eventhough Ming has got rid of most of them, still there are few) she said to her maids " let's go and help Changmin to obtain Noah" and went to Noah's house, By the time Chen visited Noah hen was still having breakfast and he thought ' what the i didn't have nice sleep and now i am unable to have breakfast peacefully' but with a smile without showing his thoughts he said    

" Greetings Concubine Chen" ,                                                                                                                                         

"Greetings Concubine Noah, sorry for disturbing your peaceful breakfast time,as i am going for a walk and was near your place, i thought to visit you as i have not visited you much after you have recovered, i hope you don't mind",

'Do you think that i am a fool to believe that you came to visit, but i am also curious to find out what news you have bought' but replied without showing his thoughts " Thanks for your concern, did you had breakfast if not i will ask Sua to serve you also",

"I already had no need to bother",

"then Sua serve them tea", and turned to Chen and waited for her to speak,

"Concubine Noah, you are so beautiful, even i feel like no lady is not even near to you in looks, no wonder Emperor has schemed to make you his....", after saying this she closed her mouth with his hand like she has spoken some taboo word'

"what do you mean by scheme, please explain me clearly", with a surprised and some what angered look Noah asked,

" Sorry for accidentally blurring this infront of you, it should not be known to you actually, but as you are asking me i am telling you as we are like ladies of Emperor we should not hide any secrets among ourselves, but don't tell anyone that i have said about this to you, actually how do you think that your sister has eloped i mean left just before wedding, it is because Emperor has arranged someone to manipulate your sister and let her wait until before the wedding, so that there won't be any option for your family and His Majesty can get you easily", after saying this she looked at Noah and continued "but don't worry Concubine Noah Emperor has done all this for you, so he will look after you very well like how he is looking after Concubine Wei and me" she said it in a commenting tone like to provoke Noah, Noah got very angry for a moment his face became very  dark but immediately he changed his expression to calm expression so that no one will observe his anger, but Chen has already saw this and was very happy with the result, as her work is done she took leave and left. Immediately after she left Noah shouted angrily " you old geezer.....", and smashed the flower vase near him with his hand which caused bleeding to his hand.
