Dara was having another fight with her locker when Jiyong arrived, “no again?” Dara moved to the sides and let Jiyong do his wonders. “what would you do with me?”
Dara smiled, “I don’t. I don’t wanna know.” She said.
Jiyong gave her a hug and said, “Naaah! That’s not how we roll.” He got her things and walked with her to her class.
“I know why you’re here.” Dara teased as they got near the room. She playfully pointed at Eula, “you called her yet?”
“come on D!” he pleaded her to stop.
“don’t you chicken out on me J.” Dara waved her hands at Eula, “thank me later.”
“Where is she going?” Eula asked. “Dara?” she called but Dara pretended not to hear them.
Dara looked at them and took a deep breath watching how Jiyong started to talk to Eula. “is this your great big plan?” Bom asked. “cause if this is, I have a feeling it won’t end nicely.”
“come on Bommie. Look at them.”
“yes, I’m looking at you looking at them.”
“what are you trying to say?” Dara answer in an annoyed tone, “that I’m jealous?”
Bom started to walk away, “you’re the one who said that, not me.”
Dara sat on her chair thinking if she did the right thing. If Jiyong would be pre-occupied with someone else, I might not feel or see a reason to like him more than a friend. She assured herself. she continued to contemplate on her actions when Eula stood next to her. “oh, hi there Eula.”
“so you’re playing cupid for Jiyong? I thought he is your boyfriend?”
“huh?” Dara she spaced out. She usually has this question covered, but this time she didnt know what to say.
Bom started to hover over her area again, “playing cupid my dear Dara, huh? I hope it turns out well.” She teased.
Their professor arrived before Dara could answer Eula. As the day went by she finally decided to let it just be. If something comes up with Eula and Jiyong then it’s meant to be, if not… let’s just wait for fate to decide.

It’s been awhile since Jiyong started going out with Eula. It’s amazing how nothing has changed between Jiyong and Dara. They still had their nightly talks and occasional banters. Dara was slightly at peace with the situation – so she thought.
CL’s birthday was coming up and surely a party is on its way. CL got hold of everyone and planned everything. CL called Bom to her said while she was reserving for the place, “Do we ask Jiyong’s girlfriend to come? That would be weird. And I don’t want to have a major drama on my birthday.”
Minzy over heard their conversation, “that’s new.”
“what? the girlfriend?” CL asked.
“NO! You not wanting any drama!”
“Oh now I know, Minzy is no longer on the list.”
Dara entered the room with much glee on her face, “hello my lovely ladies, what is up?”
“They are just thinking about inviting Ji’s girlfriend. Thinking you’d mind if they did.” MInzy revealed.
“Why would I mind? It’s your party C. you have the last say.” Dara couldn’t understand what she feels. She has met Eula a thousand times; she was the one who introduced them to each other. Why would that be awkward?
