"what do you think he's doing?" taehyung whispered to jimin, who was busy organizing the books on the library shelves. it was quite empty there considering it was recess time. most students were in the cafeteria eating to their hearts content while nerds hang here to do some last minute studying or on the computers researching.

as for jeon jeongguks purpose for being here, jimin had no clue. and he didn't care.

"i don't know, taehyung. what does it look like he's doing?" jimin says not even bothering to face in the direction the younger's crush is.

"come on jimin, just look." and bfore jimin knew it, his body was forcefully turned to face the computer section of the library. he rolled his eyes at his annoying friend looking at the wide eyed boy staring at the monitor infront of him.

"so what, tae? maybe he's just doing some last minute research."

"but you don't know that!" taehyung said pouting, causing jimin to let out a sigh of frustration at his persistance. "aren't you just a little bit curious?"

"no. now get back to work before noona catches us."

it was taehyung's turn to roll his eyes.

"right. i forgot about your little crush on the president of the school librarians." taehyung snorted as he watched jimin's cold extrior disappear, his pale cheeks slowly turn a red hue. he faked a cough before continuing what he was doing before, hoping it'll cover up the blush on his face.

"i-i don't know what you're talking about." jimin says, cursing himself for stuttering.

"hmm, you sure jiminie?-" the older shoots him a glare for using the dreaded nickname- "explain why you stepped down from being president, automatically letting her take the spot?"

"i thought i told you to drop that topic. besides, i want to experiene my last year of high school as normally as i can and your crush on jeon jeongguk isn't helping."

taehyung huffed at the accusation before quickly denying. "how is my crush disturbing you when you're literally drooling over yours?"

"maybe it's because i'm not stupid enough to like someone from a different grade and sneak out during class just to eye rape them while they're eating lunch in a cafeteria filled with juniours."

"love has no age, jimin. i thought we went over this." taehyung said, sighing dreamily as he watched the seemingly flustered and red boy leave the library swifty. "he's leaving already."

jimin rolled his eyes at the younger's love struck expression before shoving a thick book to him, causing a small 'oof' to leave his lips. "yeah, and we will too if you actually start working."

"geez, alright. sorry." mumbled taehyung and all jimin could do was sigh.

"i can't belive him." jimin was alone in the empty library, ready to close up with taehyung but the younger had apparently already left, only leaving a note for jimin.

hi hyung! i left early to catch a glimpse of jeongguk when he goes home. maybe i'll even talk to him! you don't mind closing up alone, right?

jimin sighs at the handwritten note, too tired to be mad as he crumpled the paper and skilfully throwing it into the trash can nearest to him.

he had just left his science class where a suprise pop quiz took place which jimin was sure he had done horribly on. then there was recess where he can't even have a peaceful lunch thanks to taehyung who shared his fantasies about jeon jeongguk making jimin want to vomit out all the food he had just consumed at the cheesiness of the stories.
