Samantha's POV
I don't know what to do, I just freaking lost my first kiss!!!
"Th-That was so amazing." he breathed out.
"No, no it didn't happen." I pulled away from him and started to rub my temples.
"It is and you can't change the truth." he said.
"Are you serious right now? You just took away my first kiss!" I burst out on him.
"Wh-what? I didn't know, I-I thought you and Kyle..." he couldn't complete the sentence.
"Me and Kyle what? Slept together?!" my eyes welled up and threatened to fall tears.
"No, I-I thought you guys kissed before, I mean you two are pretty close." he sighed.
"Jumping to conclusions now, are we?" I chuckled and a tear falls.
"Samantha, I didn't mean to, please don't cry. I swear if I could go back at time I wouldn't have kissed you in the first place." he tried touching my arm but I stepped away from him.
"Don't." I said in a stern voice.
"I'm so sorry, Samantha. I really am, tell me what to do-" I cut him off by saying, "Alec, just go home."
"But Samantha-" I again cut him off, "Just fucking leave Alec!!"
He said nothing and seconds later I heard the front door closing.
I broke down even more, as my breathing was becoming heavier and heavier. Why does it have to be him?
Why god?! Why did you do this to me?!
Suddenly I heard the door bell, wiping away my tears still sobbing, I went to open the door, who that might be in this hour?
As soon as I opened the door, my hands went up-to my mouth automatically, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
"Ma-Matt?" I said as my lips curved up in a smile.
"Hey babe, I missed you so much!" he says opening his arms for me, I ran into his arms and hugged him tightly, I needed this so much right now.
"I missed you too, so much!!" I said and he twirled me around as I squealed in surprise. He let me down and suddenly frowned.
"Wait, were you crying?" he asked and I looked away from him, he knows me so well.
"Samantha, look at me." the authority in his voice made me look at him, when I looked at him in the eyes, the greyish eyes were glaring at me.
I'm in deep shit.
"What did I ask you?" my best friend asked and my voice got stuck. Yes, he is my best friend from New York, Matthew Fitzgerald or you can call him Matt, Matty etc.
You're probably thinking, how am I so close with a boy right? Well, he's gay and my parents know about his sexuality that's why Dad agreed me having a boy best friend.
I immediately hugged him again and started sobbing, "I-I lost my first kiss, Matt."
"Hey, That's amazing Sam, Why are you crying? A girl doesn't cry when she loses her first kiss right?" he rubbed my back in a soothing way.
"Y-You don't know, it was a sudden action when it happened a-and I don't even like him."
"What? Okay, first of all we'll get inside your house then you'll tell me everything from the beginning." he smiled and wiped away my tears.
He grabbed his suitcase and we went inside, we went upstairs and I started to tell him everything from the beginning, how it all started, about Kyle, Tyler, Regina, new friends and more.
"And that's how I lost it." I sighed heavily and he pulled me towards his chest.
"Sam, it's okay, I know what are you feeling right now and yes he didn't did the right thing but he didn't knew right? Life is all about ups and downs, I'm not gonna say that 'it's just a kiss forget that', but you should really try to do your best, and remember? you wanted an experience, an adventure right? Well, you just completed phase one, baby girl." he smiled and kissed my forehead.
"You're right, thank you so much Matt, I don't know what I would have done if you wouldn't come." I smiled, he's right I just completed phase one.
"Don't need to thank me babe." he winked, but then I smacked his head, remembering something.
"You didn't even called me from 2weeks, you asshole!"
"I'm sorry Sam, I caught up with exams and..." he lost eye contact with me, he's hiding something.
"And?" I asked eyeing him suspiciously.
"...and Eddie." he mutters under his breath.
"What? Who's Eddie?" I smirked, seeing his blush forming on his face.
"He's my boyfriend." he blushed even more.
"Oh my god!! I'm so happy for you!" I hugged him again, this time a lot more tightly.
"Thanks." he chuckled and pulls away.
"But I'm still upset, that you didn't even told me, I should be knowing it first." I pouted as he laughed.
"Sorry cupcake." he pinched my cheek.
"Cherry." I laughed, remembering our old nicknames for each other.
Soon night came, mom and dad met Matt and he said he will stay here in the guest room for some days, before flying back to New York.
We laughed and enjoyed so much in the dinner, remembering small and stupid things we did when we were young. I remember how we became friends, at first we hated each other but when the teacher made us sit together in the class room we became bestest friends.
Growing up was difficult for both of us, but we did everything we could do and now we are here.
Enjoying the night laughing and eating and also remembering our old memories.

The next day~
I decided to go school today with Matt, so I texted Alec that I'm going with a friend, strangely he said 'okay.'
Well, I don't mind though.
Dad told us that, we can use Dylan's car and Matt loves driving then why not?
When we arrived at the school he kissed me on my forehead and every single student was gawking at us. Seriously, don't they have any other things to do?
And now I'm here making my way towards my locker.
I opened the locker, but was greeted with a bunch of flowers and cards.
I saw it was from Alec, written that how much sorry he was. It was really heart melting but I can't forgive him like that.
"Hey girly, woah what's with the flowers and cards?" Jessica said behind me.
"These are from Alec." I sighed and locked the door.
"Why would he send you these, wait don't tell me he's again flirting with you, I swear-" I cut her off by saying, "No Jess, it's not that actually..."
"What?"
Oh no, how am I gonna tell her about what happened between me and Alec?
