Italics will be thought but when put in quotations, it is English. Also! What quirk would you guys like? Give me some ideas in the comments and I'll choose from there!

Y/n's POV

I let out a soft sigh. Only a week until I must be tested for the school most would go to in order to for-fill their wishes of becoming a hero. U.A. High School. I just wanna go there already so I can get out of this boring school. I get that we shouldn't use our quirks but we just don't get to train them here. Doesn't that make it more likely to be dangerous? Some quirks can activate easily if a person is jumpy for example. I was walking home from school. Well, I was taking a detour since I didn't feel like being home right now, especially since I'm supposed to help our neighbors settle in when I got home. They're from America but I didn't want to even bother with them. They probably movie here because of all the anime they watched or something. That's what most Americans have done. Plus, I don't think I can even talk to them if they only spoke English. I wouldn't want to talk to them. My mind was pulled away as I found myself stepping on sand. Wait.. I looked around. I know this was the beach nearby my house but it's never been clean. When the hell did they start cleaning this!? I'm pretty sure I'd hear a bunch of trucks making noise while taking away the trash. But why would they clean it now? They should have done that earlier. I looked around and spotted a huge pile of trash in the near distance. At least it's out of the way.. I often came here to see the sun rise or train myself by climbing every. Or I would gather some things to throw away, recycle or even build things. But even right now, I like this better. It's such a pretty view. It makes me wonders if some of the hero's have been doing this just to do so. Might as well enjoy it just in case it becomes a mess again. I set my back down, hearing the light crunch the sand made as I sat down. I could hear what would make glass shift beneath me until I got into a comfortable position and stared out past the shore. Waves gently crashed and recoiled back into the mysterious abyss. The breeze felt nice against my skin, even with some sand gently hitting it and going unnoticed as well as finding a place to hide on my uniform or hair. It was calming. The gentle blow making sounds in my ear as if I one of those shells to my ear. I really needed this. The stress of having to study and prepare for the upcoming test was getting to me. I really wanted to go to U.A. On the off chance I can't get into the hero course, I want to be able to be in one of those support classes where I can build machines. I'm not a master but I've always loved tinkering. Among the calming sounds of the sea, I could hear voices and clanking. I was hoping that those were just people passing by so I can go back to the peaceful sounds of just the ocean. Nope. That's not the case. I sigh and stood up, grabbing my bag in the process. I might as well leave. Hopefully when I get home, our neighbors will be practically done settling in. I don't want to deal with them. I have training to do anyway. I've been pushing that off for a few days. I walked off the sand and onto the cement of the sidewalk, my steps easily heard as I got closer and closer to home with each step.

"For the love of god! They're practically down settling in!" My mother exclaimed as she hustled about in the kitchen making dinner as dad was helping our neighbors finish up. I honestly could care less. I got what I wanted. "You're going to help me make cookies for them!" Shit.

"W-wait, that's unfair! You said I only had to help them settle in when I got home! Not bake sweets!" I exclaimed as I tucked my arms in and had my hands in a light fist.

"And that's what you're doing. A welcome gift is settling." I have no idea how my mom pulled that out of her ass but I don't remember her having the tongue to retort this way. "You've gotten so harsh ever since you started studying and training so much. I'm glad you're determined but this is not my little girl. So lighten up and help me bake these cookies while I finish up making dinner." I let out a sigh before going to change out of my uniform. I am not messing the outfit up.

——

They better not be allergic to anything. I huffed as I walked over with a big bag of cookies. I was forced to by no other than my parents. First my mom told me and then my dad helped convince me. He also helped push me out the front door. They definitely aren't letting me in until I've come back without the cookies. Maybe I can just throw them at the front door but I risk that my parents will somehow see that. They are our next door neighbors so mom or Dad can probably just peek out the window. They're probably even looking at me right now. I sighed as I got to the front door. I looked around for a moment before ringing the doorbell. I could faintly hear a voice call out and footsteps rushing over before they stopped for a moment. Within a few seconds, the door opened. A girl with with black looking hair but had a brown shine to it so it's probably a very dark brown, large dark eyes that seemed innocent, unusually dark skin but that's probably an American thing looking at All Might, big glasses that kind of reminded me of a cat. She had squishy cheeks and small pink lips. I saw her attire only after a noticed she was rather busty. She wore skinny jeans and a white blouse that went off her shoulders and had a black choker on as well as an old looking bracelet on her left wrist. Her figure seemed thick but her clothing made her look thinner. She had a simple but pretty look. But In a world of quirks, she kind of plain looking. I can't even tell exactly what age she is. She has a baby face but developed figure.

"H-hi!" She stared off. Shit, aren't I supposed to great first or was I just starring to long?

"Oh, sorry." I cleared my throat. "I'm L/n Y/n, your next door neighbor. I've come with cookies.. As a welcome gift." I held them out to her. She blinked a bit and took a moment to take.

"Thank you. I'm Rodorigesu Eimi Seresute. That's just my name translated to Japanese as my name would be difficult to pronounce otherwise for some. B-but you call me Seresute or if you can, Celeste." Damn, she knows a good bit of Japanese. Wait, how do you even say that name? Ugh, I'm not even gonna try.

"Okay. Well, I have dinner to eat. Bye." And I just walked off. I could tell she watched for a bit before closing the door since there used to be light on the sidewalk coming from the open door. I let out a big sigh. At least I don't have to learn English just to understand them. Less of a headache. Seresute.. She's not as bitchy as I heard most American girls are.. Guess I either wait for that side of her to come out or throw practically everything I heard about Americans out the window.

Yes! Published the same day I wrote it. Hope you got a taste on what the hell is going to happen. But it shall be more exciting once I have a quirk from you guys!
