Phan – I want you. (Dan's Pov)
The feeling hit me why I'm I here all I can think about is you on my wedding day, I stood at the alter waiting to see my beautiful wife to be but all I can think of is you and how much I have hurt you. The music began to play I looked over to where my best friends should be standing but they weren't there and neither were you; you should be standing next to me not her. The music finally stopped and I felt a feeling in my hand it was hers, I liked holding your hand more she squeezed it a tiny then flashed me a smile. The Minster began to speak. Then all the good times we had together played through my head.
<LE PAST>
Knock Knock.
"Dan honey it's your friend" I rushed downstairs, I knew exactly who it was; I was welcomed by a familiar pair of arms.
"Hey, Dan" I just melted in his arms; it felt like I hadn't seen him in ages.
"Come on upstairs I have something to show you" he smiled as I grabbed his hand pulling him upstairs and into my bedroom.
"What is it Dan?" I gave him a present.
"Sorry you didn't get it on you birthday" he smiled giving me a kiss on the cheek, like always I would feel my face warm up. He began to unwrap the gift, his face lit up as he brought the stuffed lion out the box.
"Thanks Danny" he hugged me again, I know I shouldn't feel the way I feel towards him I have a girlfriend which didn't make the feelings any better.
"You want to play Mario cart with me?" he nodded his head. They played games and watched a movie till he had to go home.
"See you soon, Dan" I watched as he ran up the driveway into a car, giving him a small wave before closing the door.
<BACK TO THE WEDDING>
Why was I thinking about this now, maybe because I made the wrong decision I should have picked you scrap that I want to pick you. I wasn't listening, another flash back, this time it was of our first kiss.
<LE PAST>
"Phil, do you want to try my new invention?"
"What is it Dan?"
"Orange and Watermelon juice"
"Okay but if I'm sick it's your fault" I passed the cup over to him, as he took a sip his face screwed up.
"I'm not a fan of it, have you tried it?" I shook my head.
"Try it then"
"You'll have to catch me first" I got up and began to run, I could hear him get up and chase after me then I heard the glass break and a grown, I turned round to a bright red faced Phil he slid in the juice making him land in it.
"I hate you" he giggled; I reached out and grabbed his hand helping him up.
"Guess I can't try it now" then I felt his lips on mine, I was shocked but kissed back what am I doing I have a girlfriend. He pulled away.
"Told you it's not very nice" he laughed, walking away to clean himself up. The tingling in my lips hadn't moved. I love her but I also love him.
<BACK TO THE WEDDING>
I'm such an idiot, I let the only person I love walk away because I did something stupid like proposed to my girlfriend. I remember that day as if it was yesterday. My feelings crushed but the look on your face when I told you. I'm sorry Phil. A single tear ran down my cheek I let it fall to the floor.
