The Other Montgomery

Chapter One

  "Aria dont."I said. She laughed.
    "I can't believe you got a crush on him. Oh wait til Ali figures out."She said. Aria Montgomery  my older twin sister.
    "I'm not telling ali." I said looking down with a blush on my face. Aria turned around. 
    "Riley why?" She said. She looked serious. I couldn't and didn't know what to tell her. I mean yeah Ali our friend but I don't know.  I heard my phone ringed and looked down to see it was Jason. Ignored it.
   "Aria it's none of her business. "I said.  She looked more shocked.
    "Promise you won't tell her."I said. She nodded.
    "ARIA."I yelled. She widened her eyes at me.
   "I promise."She said. Then she hugged me. I hugged back.
   "Come on let's get to the barn." I said. When we got there Spencer,Emily, and Hannah was there but no Ali. I got another text from jason.  I continued to ignore it. Until I got another text. It was from a unknown number so I opened it.
  'Your waiting for a dead girl to walk in the door. Kisses-A.' I stare at it. I thought it was Jason.
Me to Jason: Did you just text me that?
Jason to me:  What are you talking about riles?
Me to jason: I got this really creepy text and I just thought it was you trying to scare me.
Jason To Me: I'm coming down to the barn.  I don't want anything to happen to you.
Me to Jason: No. Ali can't know about us Jay. At least not yet.
Jason to Me: Ok. I trust you but if anything happens text me and I'll be there in a mintute. I smiled down at my phone at that message. Knowing that he still wanna protect me even tho Ali can't know but he's just a whole different story.   I went to text him back until I heard one of the girls scream so I looked up and there the queen Bee herself. Alison DiLaurentis mostly known for Ali and the "leader" of our group.  Even though we don't have a leader we are just all best friends
  "Hey Ali."I said. She smiled at me and gave me a hug.  I hugged back as she continue to hug the rest of the girls. Strange. I look down to see a text from Jason.
Him:Oh yeah. I'm sorry for blowing you off that day. I didn't mean too.  But I'll make it up to you.

Me: Its ok. I understand but next time explain why.

Him: Will do beautiful.   I smiled at that message too. It's weird how this all happen. It seemed like a year ago I was so shy so quiet and now I'm just so known.
   "Who you texting over there smiley?" Emily giggled. As Aria hands me the flask.
"Oh um thank you."  I said taking the flask out of aria hands and taking a swig of it until I started chugging it a little bit enjoying the burning sensation in my throat.
   "Be careful Riles you don't want to drink too much and tell us your serects." Hanna joked around.
 
    "Your suppose to tell your friends your serects."Ali said. I handed it off to Spencer and fell asleep. Until I heard a scream. I think Spencer heard it too.  I looked at her with pure fear. I look around the room to notice Ali is gone. I think Spencer did too because we looked at another wide eyed. We ran out there and followed the screaming to the woods. Until we got separated in them.
    "SPENCER?!!"I screamed trying to find her. I screamed her name over and over again until i saw a black figure with a hood. I called jason.  
    "Hello?"He answered. I stared at the hooded figure in shocked as they look like they are trying to find someone until they stare at me and runs towards me. I started running with it after me.
"Im stuck in the woods by myself and can't figure a way out and someone chasing me. I said with fear in my voice as I look behind me and they disappeared.
"Where are you?" He asked.
    "By our spot I can hear the river. "I said.
   "Ok go to our spot.  Hide in the hole in the tree and I'll be there soon."He said. I nodded.
  "Ok." I said. He hanged up and I ran to me and his spot. I found the tree he was talking about and hid in it.  Until I saw Jason. I came out of hiding with tears running down my cheek.  He grabbed me and hugged me while messing with my hair.

     "Come on let's get you back to the barn."He said. He picked me up and carried me back to the barn.
    "Oh my god. RILEY!" Aria yelled. I saw blue and red lights. She hugged.  I hugged back in shock.
That was the night that my best friend left.  We all went home. I went straight into my room and locked my door and just laid in my bed and think. 
------------------One year later-------------
  We came back to Rosewood. I went in my old room to unpack. Then I thought about the girls. Ali I started to cry a bit because then I remembered jason. I heard a knock on my door. I wiped my eyes and turned around to see my little brother there. 

  "You ok riles?"He asked with a sting of concerned. I nodded. He rolled his eyes.
  
    "Don't lie. I know you." He said. Mike and Aria was the only people who knew about him.  I started to cry more. Thinking about Ali and that black hooded person and Jason. Everything came crashing down at once.  Mike came up and hugged.

"Remember your stronger then this. I can't lose my big sister again. I'm here if you need me."He said while rubbing circles in my back.  I sat there and cried on my little brother shoulder.  When I was done he wiped the tears off of my face and kissed the top of my head. He does this all the time.  Even when he was little. I'm mikes favorite sister. The only reason is because I can understand him better then Aria.  Mike has a really close bond to me.  You could say I'm his best friend but he's also very protective over me.

     "By the way rilers mom coming to see if your ok so you better make it look like your not crying. We all know how mom gets." He said. I laughed and threw a pillow at him.
