I woke up with a note beside my pillow saying you owe me,I've got to give the brunette her credit she's very crafty,I jumped out of bed and freshened up real quick,I decided to go look for her,I went to her dorm room and she wasn't there,I looked by the bathrooms,she wasn't there,I looked all over until it finally came to me.

An hour later I arrived at her painting,bingo she was there looking at it like the conceited little brat she is. "I like what I see" I said chuckling, but there was no response so I decided to go infront of her and block her vision,to my surprise her eyes were all red and bloodshot.

"Flip flops what's wrong?" I said looking at her but there was no response,she held on to her phone like it was her life so I went behind her and looked over her shoulders it was a text from Treasure just imagine the shock on my face when I read the text and it said "it's not working out for me,I've found someone better,my dear Kamaria".

"For the love of God girl fraaan,he's so not worth it and I bet you any money he's not as hot as me,let's go back to my room and eat cake and ice cream" I said in a girlish demeanor,she laughed and I took that opportunity to stoop down for her to get on my back,which she did.

I ran up the stairs with her on my back,when we arrived in my dorm I took out two jar of ice cream,rum and raison and grape nut. She took the rum and raison,leaving me with grape nut,yum!.

"So tell me about treasure,what's so special about him?" I said laying down looking at her.

"Well we've been friends from basic school,our mothers were best friends until mine died and he was there for me I fell in love with him and he said he felt the same way,our relationship has always been great even though most of it was spent long distance,he never missed my calls or anything so I don't understand how he found someone else",she said looking at the empty jar in her hand.

"I'm so sorry to hear that,but don't let this change you,I know I don't know you all that well,like I just found out your name but you're different and you don't need a guy to be great,you are amazing on your own"

"Thank you and can I have more ice cream,it's really good" she said looking at my mini fridge.

"Sure I can give you another jar of ice cream" I said looking at her slightly shaking hands,a sign of nervousness,I thought giving her another jar of ice cream.

We were there for hours watching hit the floor,when she just started crying,I tried to comfort her but nothing worked,she just kept crying.

"I think I'm losing my mind,how could this happen to me" she said running out of my room..and there goes my company for tonight,well more popcorn for me.

I woke up covered in popcorn with the tv watching me,oh the pressure. I cleaned the room from top to bottom then headed straight for the showers,ate some cereal then off to look for flip flops.

When I arrived at her dorm room,I was about to enter but one mind said look through the window first,so I did and notice that she already had someone helping her and I'm not needed,she was sitting on her bed edge talking to a guy,just by reading their body language I could tell that he was trying to comfort her and it was working so I turned around and decided to look for the best girl in the world,My Queen.

I never forgot that poem,I was in grade six at the time I wrote it for her and she has always kept that poem around just as a reminder of the good old days.
