Hello everyone out there. Guess what? That's right, Fairy's back. I can't tell you how sorry I am that I haven't posted in years but I went through a phase where (now, don't kill me...) I didn't like Fairy Tail anymore. Of course, I couldn't stay away because of the sentimental value it has for me and now I've returned to my gateway anime.

Here's the long awaited second chapter of OCLALS, hope you enjoy. I don't own Fairy Tail or it's characters, all rights go to Hiro Mashima.

Also I'd like to add that I began writing this after the Grand Magic Games so there will be spoilers in this story if you haven't reached that part HOWEVER I also will not include any canon beyond that point in the timeline.

The dragon slayer stared at the new arrival in shock and Lucy just stared back at him. The silence stretched out as Laxus processed the sudden appearance of the blonde Celestial mage.

"What are you doing here?" he asked bluntly. Lucy felt a frown pull down her cheeks.

"I have as much a right to be here as you do, Laxus," she growled. Laxus held up his hands in apology, he'd never seen her as angry as she was today.

"Sorry, sorry," he apologised hurriedly. "I wasn't expecting anyone." He knelt down to the campfire, stirring the pot of stew he was cooking in the midday sun.

"Enough there for two?" Lucy smiled, shining her eyes at the large man, trying to convince him to give her some lunch.

"Hell no," he grumbled. "You gotta earn your food around here, Blondie."

"Tch." Lucy sat on the grass and started unpacking her bags. She pulled out a tent and unrolled the canvas from around the poles. "Instructions...in-struc-tions."

"Can't you pitch a tent, Blondie?" Laxus slagged as Lucy struggled with the poles. She blushed and glared at him.

"Of course I can!" she growled, she slid the poles through the canvas. The fabric stretched as she bent the poles to fix into the ground. "See? I can." She grinned at Laxus, quite proud of herself before he smirked and chuckled. The poles retracted from the pull of the canvas, flicking up straight and flinging the tent up over the trees and off into the distance. Lucy stared after it, wondering how physics allowed such a flimsy material shoot through the air like a bullet.

"Nice job, Blondie," Laxus chuckled, tending to his stew. Lucy rounded on him, temper flaring and light flickering around her clenched fists She grabbed a key from her belt, holding it tight in her hand as she chanted a short spell.

"Open, gate of the Lion! Regulus Beam!"

A beam of light shot towards Laxus from the hand she'd clenched the key in. A soft growl reached her ears, growling from a grumble into a roar.

"You wanna go, Blondie?" Laxus yelled at the celestial mage.

"Bring it, Spark Plug!" Lucy yelled back and Laxus ran towards her, lightning crackling around his body.

"Open, gate of the Golden Bull! Taurus!"

The bull spirit appeared in front of Lucy with his axe raised high, chopping down on Laxus who dodged the hit, disappearing into the trees at the edge of the clearing.

"Open, gate of the Ram! Wool Bomb!"

Aries' pink wool expanded from Lucy and filled the clearing. Lucy held Aries' key tightly and whispered a silent plea. "Aries, is there a way to see though your wool?"

Yes, Miss Lucy, sorry. Use the Spirit Sensor spell to see celestial signatures, sorry.

Lucy thanked Aries and returned her key to her belt. In the chaos of the appearance of the wool, Taurus had returned to the spirit world and Lucy was afraid to summon another spirit in case Laxus noticed her position.
