I rushed threw the crowded streets of NYC, "get back here you daughter of a whore!!" An angry man ran after me waving a copy of The Reynolds Pamphlet. People looked at me as i ran tears stung my eyes, my makeup running. A young man in the crowd grabbed my arm as i ran by " miss are you ok??" I whimpered as the angry man came into view "there she is!" He yelled running toward me  the young man stepped in front of me "leave this girl alone." He said. I sank to the ground sobbing "your going to protect the girl who's mother ruined Alexander Hamilton's life." The man froze he glanced back at me tears running down my bruised cheeks "My name is Phillip Hamilton, this girl has done nothing to my family." He stood his ground against the man. The man glared at me and shoved the pamphlet into the boys chest "I'm sorry" I sobbed out he looked at me confused I pointed at the paper in his hand he glaced at it "I've already read this, its not you're fault" he put out his hand to help me up I grab his wrist he pulled me up" come with me I'll get you cleaned up" my eyes widened "no sir I couldn't" I shook my head "it wasn't a question miss Reynolds." He helped me up "please don't call me that" I whispered call me Y/n." "okay Y/N lets go" he took my hand and pull me towards his home
—--————time skip————— Philip opened the door to his home "Ma!Pa!" He called out "in here!" A male voice replied. Philip pulled me behind him as he swung the office door open.
There sat Alexander Hamilton himself " who's this Philip?" Alexander asked, Philip let go of my hand and stepped forward "a girl who was beaten because of this!" He slammed the pamphlet down on the desk. Anger flashed threw Alexanders eyes "You brought the daughter of Maria Reynolds into my house!!" He screamed at Philip "After everything that woman did!!" Alexander  looked at me with discust I dropped to the ground sobbing "I'm sorry please forgive me this is all my fault!" I sobbed "my father forced my mother.... He beat me until she did it I couldn't handle it...." I cut my self off with a so "he almost killed me..." I froze sobbing in front of a man who hated me. Philip sunk down next to me pulling me into his chest. "Hey... Sh...your ok....please...." He whispered softly into my ear. "I'm sorry." Alexander whispered "I didn't know.." he looked at me Philip pulled me up and lead me out of the office I threw my arms around him and sobbed into his shoulder he pulled away and looked at me grasping my face gently his lips met mine and a sweet taste filled my mouth. We sat there for a minute "Court Me?" He asked pulling away "yes..."
