The Truth

It had nearly been a week since Prince Sasuke left the Kingdom, and the council has been chaotic. The Royal court figures out who should be the next heir if Sasuke doesn't come back. They said the new King should Yoshi Amai, that 14-year-old kid was related to the Royal family but 2 times removed or something. Sakura was worried about Sasuke, she's hoping he would come back very soon. She continues going to combat school as her parents' wishes. As for Naruto he has been running around in the castle saying they needed to double the search party.

When Sakura was going around the Kingdom looking at random things. Suddenly the guards were running toward to the main gate. She grabbed one of the guards, "hey, whats happening?". The guard looked at her and bowed a bit "apparently Prince Sasuke is back", he said then Sakura let him go and he continues running to the main gate. Sakura slowly walks to the main gate wanting to slap Sasuke in the face for just being a jerk. Then someone grabbed her arm, she stopped and turned around. She turned around and saw someone the castle guard.

"Lady Haruno...the royal court wants you at the castle right away", he said. He got off his horse and gave Sakura a gesture telling take the horse. Sakura got on the horse and went to the castle. It was surprising that she was needed it in the castle in such an important event. She arrived at the castle, got off the horse and walked inside the castle. "Miss Haruno, I'm glad you arrived", a voice came down the hallway. Sakura turned around and looked at who it was. It was one of the councillors, he bowed a bit to Sakura. She curtsy then he gave her a gesture to follow him, he turned and started walking.

He led Sakura into the throne room, there were a lot of people there. The Royal court members, guards, friends and important people. The room was noisy people were talking panicking. Sakura walked over to her friends (Neji, Lee, Shikamaru, Choji, Naruto), of course, they were all from noble families just like herself. "Sakura-chan!" Naruto shouted, "can you believe it Sasuke's back". Sakura nods, "whats happening?".

"Well Sasuke-sama is back and people were wondering what's his next plan is", Lee said then he grabs Sakura hand and kisses it. Sakura pulls her hand away as soon as he kissed it. Sakura continued talking to the boys until they heard loud footsteps coming towards the room. They were guards, about 20 of them. When they were in the throne room they separated and in the middle stood Sasuke Uchiha. His head, arms and legs were wrapped with bandages. He slowly walks towards the centre of the room. It was dead silence, people were too afraid to talk.

Sakura walked to him, people were staring at her. She walked right up to him and punched him in the face. Two of the guards quickly grabbed her and stopped her from doing anything further. Sasuke's face was pointing at the ground, his cheek's turning red. He slowly turns his head and looks at her.
"Sakura..", he started.
"Shut up! Shut up you jerk!" She tries to punch him again but the guards are holding her back.
Sasuke looked around the room, looking at everybody in the room.

"Itachi...Itachi Uchiha is dead...", he started. Everyone gasped and started whispering. "That's not a good thing after I killed him...I found out he was a good person and he wanted to protect this kingdom and it's people". Sasuke slowly walks around the room, "he killed my parents for a reason to make peace with other kingdoms and it was also a mission". He pulled out his sword and swings it around. "I don't know how killing my parents would make peace". He stopped walking and stands in front a group of people from the royal court. "It was an order from someone in the royal court and of course Itachi accept the mission to protect his kingdom". Sasuke slowly glares at the members of the royal court. "The person who gave Itachi the mission to kill my parents then abandon the kingdom was....Danzo Shimura". Sasuke shouted at the Danzo, "it was all you!".

"But there's no proof", Danzo said.
"I'm the proof, I know what happened".
"But I-", Sasuke cut Danzo off by stabbing him.

Everyone was gasping from Sasuke's action. He pulls the sword out and Danzo's body fell on to the floor. Blood was running out of Danzo's body. "I will stay here and rule this kingdom, my next goal is to protect this Kingdom or my brother and parents died for nothing". Sasuke continues walking around the room, "I will take on the role of King". Everyone lowered their heads and bowed or curtsied giving Sasuke their respect. Sasuke walks to Sakura and grabbed her arm give the guards a glare telling them to let go of her. "But of course every king needs a queen and I want the woman I've known for a while, she's confident and strong to be my queen". Sasuke looks at Sakura, "Sakura Haruno, will be your queen", Sasuke announced. Sakura eyes widen and stared at him speechless.

Sasuke walked out of the throne room dragging Sakura with him. Sakura was staying quiet not knowing what to say. Sasuke walked into the garden, Sakura pulled her arm away and glares at Sasuke. "Why...why me you jerk!" she shouted at him. Sakura was raised her hand to slap him but Sasuke grabbed both of her hands.
"Sakura...only you..you are the only person who I know who is fitted to be standing beside me through different events", Sasuke looked at her seriously.
"Sakura I didn't want you to come with me fight Itachi, I know he can kill you and I didn't want that to happen", he let go of her arms. "I want the marriage thing is a bit of a sudden but before we get married I want us to get to know each other". Sakura looks at him "we already know each other well, Sasuke I can't be the queen of this kingdom...I can't be your wife", she stated. She turns her head and started walking away. She walks out of the garden and heading towards the castle gate.

Sasuke ran after her and grabbed her hand "...Sakura...I want us to get to know each other in a different way no just friends way but feelings and relationship way...just be with me". Sakura stood there looking at him, think about the choice she's going to be making. Not knowing if she's going to be happy later on her life or will she be hurt. "Sakura will you marry me?" he asked her. Sakura slowly nods "y-yes". Sasuke lets go of her after a few minutes of silence, she slowly takes a few steps back and walks to a horse and got on it. Rode it away from the castle going to her house.
