Sadie dialed Jacks number and waited on the line until Jack answered. She was nervous what if he laughed in her face, what if he never talks to her again. She couldn't think anymore because Jack answered. "Hey Sads" "Sads? That's a new one" she giggled while Jack laughed on the other end. Ever since they became friends Jack always came up with new nicknames for her. He called her carrots for five months straight. "Yeah but I kinda like it don't you" "Yeah it's great Jackie" she could hear his chuckle on the other end of the line. "Finn stop" her breath hitched. Finn was with him of course Finn was with him. "Sorry about that Carrots" "You haven't called me that in forever" "Yeah I thought it might make a come back" Sadie smiled a bit but couldn't stop imagining Finn sitting next to Jack. "So I needed to ask you something" "I'm listening" " do you wanna do out with me ?" She said rushing through the sentence trying to get it out of her mouth like it had the plague. The line was silent for a while before Jack answered. On the other end Jack was shocked he always thought Sadie was cute but he never thought of dating her. Jack looked at the guy he cared about deeply who was on the phone with his ex trying to hash things out. Jealousy flowed through his gains as he answered. "I'd love to Shady Sadie" he heard a squeal on the other end and smiled.
