Mondays. UHHHH. Chloes picking me up today. We decided we'd take turns. Mondays and Wednesdays she picks me up in her white porsh, the rest of the week I pick her up in my black rover.
It was Monday. I never put any effort into Monday..... Or any other day of the week. But still, Monday is lazy day. So I went with this outfit.

The jacket is one of David's. I just took it. Anyways, I went downstairs and found David on the counter eating donuts. Wait. Those ARE MY DONUTS.
"DAVIDDDDDDDD" "YOU. ARE. EATING. MY. DONUTS." "oh shit" he says under his breath. "I swear there are 6 left I only ate one.... Wait a minute, that's my jacket I've been looking everywhere for it." "I don't care I'm wearing it now soooo"
And then I heard Chloes car pull into our driveway. I took an apple and headed for the door backpack in hang phone in my back pocket and an apple. Don't worry the donuts are in my bag.
"waz uppppppppppppppppp" here comes the energetic Chloe.
"don't give me that energy before I eat those donuts."
I took the donuts out and started eating. I gave Chloe her favorite. Chocolate chip while I ate the one with smarties.

We arrived at school,parked in our regular spot. We started walking towards the double doors and halfway through the guys joined.
Before Chloe came to this school Jonah and Tristan were my best friends. Then Chloe arrived. The moment I saw her she didn't look like a spoiled brat. So I talked to her. We became the greatest friends all 4 of us. And more importantly, we had each other's back.
I looked at Jonah and said. "how do these people have energy on Monday mornings."
"ask them. I think they live on drugs" said Jonah.
We enter the double doors laughing until we see a commotion on the school board.
We make our way through and read the flier.

"a ball?! Who does these anymore." I said. "oh come on nora. A masquerade ball should be fun." really Chloe! "we need dates. Oh my goddddddd" said Tristan. "all the girls here are clingy af. Except for u guys. That's why we hang out with you." said Jonah. "hey Jonah you should take Rebecca she's head over heals for you!" said Tristan sarcastically.
We started laughing at Jonahs neutral face. And then the bell rang.
"I got first period with Jonah. Cm on let's go." I said.
We went to our lockers and got our English books and headed to class.

Jonahs POV.
I went into English class with Nora in front of me. God her butt is so cute. HEY JONAH STOP STARING AT HER BUTT.
I know who I wanna take to the ball. But I don't know if she'll want me.
"welcome class, please take your seats we will begin our lesson." uhh professor Phil. I hate that guy.
Since me and Nora are best friends we sit together in class and our seat is next to the window. I look over at Nora and she is looking out the window.
" hey Noraa. Psst. " I murmur. " what!! " she murmurs back.
God she is the cutest girl ever.
"don't stare at the window stare at me I'm a better view." I said smiling innocently.
She just rolled her eyes and focused on the board.
I felt my phone vibrate so I pulled it out to see who texted me. Oh no. It's Rebecca.
R: Hey Jonah. Wanna go to the ball with me. ❤️🙂😘
Oh gosh please no.
J: Sorry Rebecca. I already have a date.
R: Oh really. Who is it.
J: You'll see at the Ball.
R: Whatever.
Now i need to find that date.

"bro you have to ask her before Blake does. You know he's always liked her." "I know Tristan but do you know how messed up it will be if she rejects me." "I know but-" "heyyy guysssss" comes Chloe.
And behind her comes Nora. Her dreamy hazel eyes meet mine and she smiles. Just then Blake passes by.
"hey Nora. How are you." says Blake.
And well stupid me visually tenses.
"oh hi black. I'm fine how are you?" "better now that you're here."
And he winks at her. I look at Tristan and he is telling me with his eyes that I must ask her tonight.
We sit down at the table start eating and laughing.
I send a text to Tristan saying I'm leaving early to prepare some stuff. Keep your eye on blake and make sure he does not ask her. He texts me I got you bro.
After lunch I call my mom explaining the plan and why I have to leave early. She said she'll talk to the office.
By 1 I was out of school. We usually leave at 2:30. So I have enough time. So I start preparing.
