Leigh looked at her pale face. Her beautiful face. Her beautiful body. Her perfect hair. Perfect lips. Perfect nose.

She took her hand into hers and whispered.

"You'll come back for us, right.."

She felt a tear falling down her cheek.

"You have to."

She wiped the tears away and looked at her gorgeous best friend.

She really was the best friend anyone could hope for.

She was always there when anyone else wasn't. She was always there when she needed her. She was always there when she felt lonely and sad.

And she couldn't even do that.

All she needed that night was her best friend to comfort her.

She needed someone to lean on.

She needed Leigh-Anne, her best friend, and she wasn't there for her.

When she told her the sad news with tears in her eyes, she didn't even care.

She was too drunk to notice, that Jade really needed someone.

She was too drunk to realise, that she wasn't alright.

She was too dumb to see, that those tears were real.

She was a bad best friend, and that's why this is also her fault.

She looked at her best friend, her Jadey, for once more.

She looked so relaxed. All her wrinkles that she had on her forehead sometimes, were gone. Those huge wrinkles under her eyes were gone too. She looked peaceful.

"Sleep well baby, but make sure that the next time i'll be here, you'll be awake."

She whispered to her and got up.

She walked to the door and looked at her sleeping beauty for once more.

"And you know, he's really sad. He thinks this is all his fault. I'm not saying that it isn't but it's sad to see him like that. He really misses you.. So make sure, that that huge fight between you guys isn't going to be the last memory of you that he has. OK? Promise?"

Leigh was waiting an answer.

She wanted her to promise her, that she would come back.

She felt stupid for talking to her, but she really didn't care.

Maybe she heard her, maybe she didn't, but either way, she wanted her to know that her Leigh-anne would now on be that best friend that she would be too.

She opened the door of her hospital room and closed it behind her.

She walked towards the coffeehouse on the other side of the road.

She needed something to eat. She was hungry, but she couldn't eat.

She had a eating disorder. She knew it. Last time when something big and sad happened to her, she stopped eating too. Then Jade was there to help her, but now she wasn't.

She walked into the coffeehouse and ordered a coffee.

"Thank you."

Leigh said to the waitress and walked into a tiny table that was in the back of the restaurant.

She sat down and started to drink.

Her phone buzzed.

"Hi." She said.
