Summer Festival - Hayabusa & Kagura

The Vacation Plan

A/N: Here's a story i tried to make about hayakagu. Im sorry if it's hard to understand as i'm not a native american. I tried to match their personality with the original storyline on MLBB and the way they say things. Some of them might be OOC, so i'm sorry, but i do hope you enjoy. Hanabi might looking all angry throughout the story ^^; and hayabusa might be a little bit bland but that just how their personality seemed out to me. (Hayabusa is all knowing though. He's also sharp and wise, lol it was very hard to understand on how he will react to some things, but i'll try my best!)

It was almost time for their summer break at Legends University and the students that attends it can't wait to finally leave the school.

Each classes now is full of talk of how they're going to spend their summer breaks. And in one of the classes where our umbrella loving girl stay, there's also the small talk going on.

'We should invite miya too,' a blondie with a short ponytail said among a group of girls that circled a desk at the back row. She rested her head on her hands while sitting backwards from a chair in front of the desk.

'Nah, no can do. She'll be busy with alucard during the summer break. I overheard they invited each other to a pool,' A bulky- strong looking girl (woman?) with a side skinned hair answered back. She put her long auburn hair back, while looking confused as to who else they're going to invite. A sigh come afterwards from the bulky girl, 'Lets just go by ourself fanny, the others have their own plans,' she suggested to the ponytailed girl, 'everybody kinda have their own plan already.'

'But only two people doesn't work hilda,' she lazily commented, 'how else are we going to play volleyball' Hilda doesn't reply, agreeing with fanny. She can only grumbles because no other people crossed her mind. Fanny then scouted the classroom, noticing the japanese girl putting her stuff back to her backpack. 'Kagura! what are you doing for this summer break?' The pale haired girl looked over with a small 'eh' before answering that she'll go back to her hometown.
'Did you know there's a new beach thet's going to open 3 days from now? Do you want to come with us?'

'Hmm?' she ponders, tilting her head, 'I don't know,' giving a scrunched smile.

'Com'on, kagura, it'll be fun!'

'Yeah, we could swim!' both of the girls persuaded. Kagura looking unsure just stayed put in front of her desk, still putting on her small smile. Their conversion however is held on standby as a masked guy with jet black hair coming over asking if the pale haired girl is done packing her stuff. Both of the girls beside kagura looked at each other then understood that they're probably going to spend their summer together.

'Um, i think angela doesn't have anyone to spend her summer with, why don't you try and ask her?' kagura looked back before waving at the girls and leave the classroom.

'Wait! kagura!' fanny shouted, halting kagura on her track,' there's a summer festival a week from now, have fun!' she winked. Kagura looking all puzzled nodded then waved to the girls before following hayabusa out. 'She'll get it right?' fanny turned her head to hilda who shrugs.

When kagura walk to the hallways, she finds hayabusa talking with hanabi near the window of the corridor, and she have no other choice but to just stand there.

'You shouldn't stay back you know, if you don't want him to be taken.'

Kagura squeaked in surprise before looking over to find who it is. Which is none other than Lancelot.

Odette smacked the guy's shoulder from behind,' Lancelot, mind your own business!' She then turned to the pale haired girl, 'Sorry kagura, don't listen this loco, ok? I'm sure you have your own way in that matter,' she smiled, forcefully dragging lancelot away from kagura whispering threats using guinevere's name.

The girl looked down, sighing, 'interrupting is rude though.' But she's sure that when they're back to their hometown, hanabi will also be there and they're going to practice together again. Most of the time it's like that, and kagura could only watch from afar, only coming to get the shadow master when it's lunch or dinner time. She couldn't even remember when was the last time they spend some time together. Even when at school, their classroom is different and they have different study group. Kagura would spent time (also study) with lesley or fanny, while hayabusa is with gussion or lancelot. So they rarely together.

'We would always go home together.. but..' Kagura sadly muttered.

'kagura.' the girl snapped up, finding her childhood friend standing before her. 'Do you hear what i said? Is it ok?' She blinked, nodding vigorously thrice pretending to hear everything. 'Let's go then.' He continued, tugging at the strap of his sidebag.

During their way back, no actual words are spoken. Kagura walked a few steps back from hayabusa, with her umbrella open and just looking down, still thinking over things.

Hayabusa, noticing on how quiet it is, stopped on his tracks. 'You're quiet today.' Kagura looked up once again in surprise, then shook with a smile.

'I was just thinking on what we should do over the summer break,' she looked up to the sky, 'before going back to our hometown.'

'What's on your mind?'

'To the beach?'

'It'll be very crowded. And you'll be under your umbrella most of the time.'

Kagura sulks, knowing that's it's true, all the while cursing her sensitive skin. But then she remembered something.

'Then! how about a summer festival?' She shot her head up, giving him a big bright smile. Hayabusa stood in silence for a moment. 'We'll go at night time!' she pleaded.

Hayabusa smiled a little, though unseen from his mask, he giva a little nod, enough to earn a gleeful giggle from kagura. She ebulliently run ahead, pulling hayabusa, wanting to shop a new yukata.
