A Little Softly

The start to my end.

"Ya!! You told me you'll show me your group members 4 days ago!! " I shouted.

"Aish, LAYYYYY , are you even listening to me?"

Talking to him while he was practicing was like talking to a wall.

Sigh.

"Is that how you're gonna treat your best friend, whom you'll leave behind in the normal world once you debut with exo? "
I said, getting a little sad.

He froze.

"Hey," he started softly and came to sit beside me " I told you to not think that way. Even if I am an exo member, you'll always be my first love, my best friend" He finished , giving me a cheeky smile.

We used to joke, saying I love you to one another , we had practically grown up together so it was natural that yixing was my best friend . Only, he didn't know that my heart fluttered whenever he said those words.

"I-i,I don't know.." Even though I was happy for him, it hurt a little, because now he'd have his group and I won't be his first priority anymore.

"Yah!  also, I told you to stop calling me lay. That's my stage name and you know me, the real me. You're the only one except my family who knows me. So you should call me yixing.
Let's make it our thing. Everyone from now on will know me as Exo's lay, won't they? but you, my special friend will be the only one to call me yixing. Okay ? Please don't be sad. I hate it when you are sad. " He said, his eyes piercing into mine.

I wanted to tell him so bad, but I couldn't, knowing my words would only burden him.

Instead I gave him a small smile "Hmm, yixing."

He smiled back, His smile was like an angel's, showing of his beautiful dimple.

"But, you promised you'll show me your group and you forgot" I said to him.

"Ahh, mienhae. I was worried that-, ah never mind, wait I'll show it to you."
He smiled at me , this time a little sad and worried.

What was going on in his mind?

He whipped out his phone to show me a photoshoot of the 12 boys.

They were beautiful, no, not just beautiful, breathtaking.. Exo was breathtaking.

"Wow, this picture is so pretty!! You all look amazing! I bet you'll have a lot of female fans. But, yixing-ah, who's he? He just stands out. Wow." I said while not being able to remove my eyes from that one guy.

"Ah, he's jongdae. Kim jongdae. He's younger to me. Yo-You l-Like him?" He asked me.

That was when I heard insecurity in his voice. I had never seen him like that.

" Yeah, he's so handsome. Look at his cheekbones and oh my god, his smile. " I said being honest.

"Ah, haha yes. He's v-very pretty"
Yixing said ,trying to cover up his stutter.

"Once you debut , can I meet them? Exo, I mean. I want to see Jongdae in real life.
Aigoo, Haha, you guys have not even debuted and I think I already have a bias" I laughed.

"What? You meet them? Aah. Uh- uh ,I don't know. " He was unsure.

"Whaee?? You'll be a member. When ever you're practicing with them, just call me. I'll come meet everyone once you're done . " I said, trying to convince him.

"What if they fall for you? " He mumbled to himself.

"What did you say? Anyways can I meet them or not?? " I said trying to sound commanding.
