Okay so I'm confused and offended and triggered

My mom just said "I don't get why you do stupid shit all the time" Rudely

She asked me if I wanted to go into a clothing store and I said no.

I'm confused and offended.  I get I do and act stupid at times because I'm childish and im still considered a kid.

But how am I doing something stupid just because I didn't want to go in a store?
