The Sakamaki's Pet Werewolf (Hiatus)

CHAPTER ONE

(Luna's POV)

I ran around the mansion trying to find a good hiding spot, before Ayato found me. Me, Ayato, Kanato, Liato, Shu, and Subaru were all playing hide-n-seek tag. I was trying to find a hiding place that I would be able to run if needed. I passed Shu who was sleeping on a couch. 'He's going to get found first' I thought as I sprinted past his figure. I turned a corner completely running into Reji. "Sorry." I mumbled as I sprinted past him. I then heard Ayato yell "READY OR NOT, HERE I COME!" I quickly scrambled to the nearest room and hid inside of a closet, slightly leaving the door open so I could see.

I waited for around five minutes until I heard footsteps coming towards the room I was in. I held my breath as the door creaked open. From my hiding spot I could make out the figure of Liato, his fadora making it easy to tell. 'So he was found eh?' I thought. I shifted my weight onto my left foot to look at a better angle, but that was a mistake. The floor creaked under my movement giving away my position. Liato turned facing my direction making his way over to the closet. My tail swished nervously, and my ears twitched. "Great" I muttered sarcastically "now I have to run"

I knocked open the door and used the momentum to put one of my feet on a nearby desk and pushed off. I stepped lightly on Liato head giving the perfect force, enough for me to land on the other side of him. He spun around growling, but I was already running to the window that occupied the corner of the room. I shouted as I leaped over the side "THAT DIDN'T COUNT!"

I fell down three stories of the mansion landing on the ground. I rolled my tail curling around my body. I pushed my body up from the ground and started running again. My legs took me around the house into the back. Where a semi-circle of vampires stood waiting for me. I stood my ground showing off my fangs in a proud smile. My fangs were not the thin, needle like fangs of a vampire, but more like canine teeth... Wolves if you will. "I see that everyone else has been tagged." I said cooly. They all looked at me with there cold eyes, as I smirked. Ayato suddenly lunged at me. I quickly dodged and ran towards the mansion. I could here them running behind me, but right before I got to the wall I shifted my body weight so that I ran up the wall flipping over the group. Sadly I was unsuccessful.

I felt a cold hand wrap around my arm, pulling me to the cold, hard ground. My back hit the dirt with a lot of force. I saw Subaru standing over me, apparently he was the one who pulled me down. We started at each other for a moment or two until I burst out laughing. I could see the vampires smile to. "Good game" I said as Liato pulled me up from the ground. I smiled at everyone as I headed back to my room.

I was sitting on my bed reading one of my favorite books for the hundredth time with Reji, when my ears twitched. Me and Reji both sat up, obviously hearing something. I looked at him, and muttered "It's another one isn't it?" "I believe so." He replied, getting up "Stay here Luna." I sat back down disappinted, because Reji tries to keep me away from the bride's if he can help it. He turns away from me and head for the door. Once he is out I lay my head back down on my pillow, not wanting to disobey Reji. For he is my master and I am his pet... I am all of their pets.

My thoughts drifted back to the night I met my master's as I layed in my bed.

The night was cold, My shoulder was bleeding from a wolf bite and my stomach growled wanting food. I wandered around aimlessly in the forest. My five year old body shivered as I walked. Before long I stumbled falling. Shivering. My legs were too tired to get up, so I just lied there. My breath getting more and more ragged. My should ached blood still dripping from the wound turning the ground into maroon colored dirt. My body racked with pain as layed there. I thought for shure I would be a goner, until they came.

Their figures casting long shadows over me, in the moonlight. Their eyes glowing like the stars in the night sky which I could tell they weren't human, yet somehow I trusted them. I saw one of them with white hair bend down looking at me, his arms wrapping around my frail body, his warmth giving me hope. They carried me back to the mansion I now call home. My home with the people who care for me. With my family.
