It was now a week later, and Annie was getting ready for the funeral. She was still in shock. She had lost her only brother. He meant so much to her, and now he was gone.

"Ann's you ready?" Hayley said as she knocked on Annie's door.

" Yea..." She said hesitantly. She was wearing a long black dress with black heels. She had curled her hair, but she had skipped the makeup part because she knew it would be ruined.

As they got into their white Tesla, Annie realized she was in his seat! HIS SEAT! She was in Caleb's seat! She knew she had to hold her self together! The funeral hasn't started yet.

As they arrived at the funeral home Annie began to feel ill. She knew it was just the sadness creeping into her bloodstream.

She greeted everyone she met. There were people she had never met before but somehow knew Caleb. This one young man about her age stood out the most. His name was Hayden Summerall. He and Caleb had become internet best friends and were planning on meeting the day of his funeral.

"Hey, Annie right?"

"Yes!"

"You look stunning by the way. I really am sorry about Caleb! He was just the sweetest. He always talked about how you were the best sister he could have."

*Blushes* "Thank you. He was the best." *Tear rolls down face*

*Hayden whips it off* " No crying yet ok?!"

"OK"

Hayden then walked away. She then realized she was starting to have feelings for a boy she only met once. She realized that she had blushed. She had wondered if he had noticed and if he did he didn't let her know it.

The funeral home was so nice, it made Annie sick to her stomach. The fact that she was attending her brothers funeral was hard for her to grasp onto.

When they had started talking about Caleb and his life apart came up about Annie that made her cry.

Quoting Caleb " Annie is the best sister ever. She has the kindest heart and always knows how to cheer you up. I know that when she gets older she is going to be an amazing person and I am happy I get to see her grow."

Pastor " Little did he know that night he would pass in his sleep. He will never get to see Annie grow, but he will be with her in spirit as she does."

This brought Annie to tears. She loved Caleb and couldn't understand why he left her so soon. She would do anything just to have him back for a day.
