*Kat's POV*

We walked about 10 mins until they finally took our blind folds off. I opened my eyes to see a big Ferris wheel with colorful lights all over it. It was an absolute beautiful sight. The smell of popcorn ran through the air and the sound of laughter and music coming from all around me. I just couldnt keep my excitement in I ran over to Jacky and hugged him really tight when I pulled away we were looking into each other's eyes and I never really noticed until now what beautiful icy blue color they were and how seductive his smile is and how beauitful and perfect he is and how much I just want to lean in and kiss him. I started to lean in when finally I came to my senses and moved back away from him. I dont want to get hurt and I'm not gonna give him the chance. I look over at Heather and give her a head nod to try to talk to Ronnie. She walks over to him and looks at him for a few minutes but doesnt really do anything. She tried to say something and failed so finally Ronnie said "Hey, you look beauitful."

"Awe you really think so? Why did you choose to come to a carnival?"

"Yes really. You are stunning. I chose a carnival instead because its more romantic and I get to know more about you." he smiled

She couldn't take it anymore she was blushing so hard and she couldn't speak. Maybe her shoes worked after all. I mean they are pretty magical but to give her love with that dumbass is not what I saw coming. I swear to god if he doesn't treat her right I will seriously beat his ass because he is the last chance of hope for Heather and I want her to be able to have it. While she was standing there peering into his eyes I went over and grabbed her and Ronnie and told them to walk with Jacky and I. We walked around the whole carnival and got on loads of rides. My favorite being the tilt-a-whril. While riding with Jacky on the tilt-a-whril, he tried grabbing my hand but me being the way I am started moving my hands as I talked so he wouldn't be able to get to them. He started to realize that I didn't feel comfortable and he started to stop doing it but then I felt bad so I held his hand. I got this tingly feeling inside of me kind of like I wanted this to happen. I never wanted to let go. The way our hands fit together felt like the most perfect thing in the entire world except for music. Music is way better than Jacky but he comes in a close second.

When the ride was over Jacky and I got off and went to go buy a popcorn and a cotten candy from the vendors in the middle of the carnival and went to go sit down and eat. While we were sitting down and eating, I looked around to see where Heather was. I saw her no where and suddenly got very worried. I looked all around the rides and all around the food stands and in the parking lot she was no where to be found.

"Jacky where do you think she is? What if she is hurt?" I say frantically

"Shh don't worry we will find her. I have no clue where she is, but she might be on a ride and we just didn't see her. Let's walk around one more time and scream her name until we find her."

"Okay."

We take turns screaming for Heather and Ronnie but neither answered. We look on all the rides again and no sign of Heather. We turned every corner and asked every employee if they have seen her but no one was being cooperative. The last place we hadn't looked at was the bar. We walked in and called her name but it was so loud she couldn't possibly hear us. I went up to the bartender and asked if they had a second and they said sure so I said "Have you seen a girl about my height who is 21 and is wearing a black t-shirt with batman on it and lightly shaded blue jeans with bows on the side and black boots. Have you seen her?"

"Yeah a couple of minutes ago she walked in the back a few seconds ago why? Who are you?"

"I'm her friend and we couldn't find her. Do you know where in the back she would be?"
