"(Y/n), sweetie! Dinner's ready!" My aunt called from the kitchen.
"I'm coming! Gimme a second!" I shouted as I quickly came out of my room and ran downstairs to the kitchen looking at the lot of food served on the dining table.
"Woah, you cooked all of this?" Pointing to the food.
"Well... most of it." She gave a little laugh of embarrassment as she prepared the drinks for the both of us.
"What happened that made you do all this?" I asked her because of what she does normally when good news came knocking to her. She tensed up hearing that for some reason.
"E-eh? W-what makes you s-say that?" She stuttered. I sighed and sat down at my usual chair.
"It's what you always do, you know."
"I-it's something s-special for
y- me. Yeah, it's something for me." Oh my, she's hiding something from me.
"Tell me whatcha got, mom." Even though she's my aunt, she did officially adopt me which does mean she is my mother.
"M-mom!? Just call me Aunt
Emilia! I'll tell you after we eat all of this." She said sternly.
"Okaaaay." I said while I stated to eat it.
~Timeskip~
"Thanks for the food." I said, finishing my food.
"(Y/n), wash the dishes will you?"
"After you spill the beans, then I'll wash them." After that sentence, she jerked.
"Fine, but you'll wash all the dishes, including the pots and pans I used, okay?" She said, pouting at me.
"Okaaaaay." I replied in a long monotonous voice as she went on to get something.
"Here. Don't you get all giddy afterwards, it's weird." I took the envelope in her hands.
The letter had a red wax sealing with the U.A logo on it. I opened it and came out a device which revealed to be All Might's projection. I jumped seeing it appear.
"Hello Young (L/n)! It is I All Might, here as a projection! I've come to tell you that you're recommended to come to U.A! Yes! I'm serious!" I was about to ask that.
"Now all you need to do is enter the forms and design your hero costume! NOW IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO GO BEYOND YOUR LIMITS!!! PLUS ULTRA!!!" That was thrilling.
I stayed there with a shocked face looking like I died from it.
"Are you even happy with all this?"
"Of course I am! How would I not be happy after being recommended to a top hero school!"
"Now, go do the dishes!"
"Oh, I forgot." Rubbing the back of my head I went the sink filled with it.
I washed the dishes quickly to finish them off. When I always thought that my day would be a bit happier, that is the time when something bad happens. I heard the backdoor broke off and maniacal laughing coming from outside. With a stoic face, I called Aunt Emilia that we have some company to deal with. Did I forget to tell you that my aunt is a pro hero? Yeah, she has a similar quirk like mine, but she can turn into any kind of mammal she knows. As she heard the maniacal laughter, she turned into a bunny kangaroo mix and jumped towards the backdoor entrance. She kicked the villains out and turned into that kind of bird that has sticky spit and wrapped them around with it. The spit hardened and the villains struggled to get out. She signaled me to call the police while she watches over them. After I called them I went back to wash the remaining dishes.
"We will get (Y/n) to our side! One day we will!" One of the villains said.
"Stop yer yappin', the police is almost here." That's my aunt there. Being a rowdy hero she is.
After a few minutes, the police came.
"Good evening, Mamillia. I'm Naomasa Tsukauchi, one of the police officers." He approached my aunt.
"Got some villains at the back, my little (Y/n) was just trying to enjoy his recommendation into U.A today." I do not understand your definition of enjoying.
"You guys have it harsh don't you?" He asked.
"Not really, we're used to it. C'mon, get the villains outta here."
"Okay, okay." He replied and looked back.
"Hey guys! Let's wrap it up!" He shouted.
"Yes, sir!" His squad said.
"(Y/n), sweetie, you can go to sleep now." She looked at her watch and telling me that it's bed time. Anyways, I was getting sleepy.
I went to the kitchen first to get my stuff from U.A and got upstairs. My bed was already beckoning for me as I went into the room. I jumped onto my bed and slept instantly. Well, that's what I call a day. I'm gonna start a new life, in the best hero school here. Will I ever get up to the school's expectations?
