Chapter 5 Sleepover

"You look so great Kat!" Said Ash as she examined my face. "It's all thanks to you Ash." I said thanking her. We we're doing make overs and Ash had jut done me. She has curled my brown hair did my make up so beautifully and now it was my turn to do Ash. I got her to sit down where I was sitting before. I carefully brushed her hair, trying not to tug at her and then after brushing though it I grabbed the flag iron. Straightening all her waves and being careful not to burn her.

Once I was done the hair I turned the flat iron off and grabbed the make up kit. First grabbing the wet sponge, to wipe any of the pre-makeup and make it clean for the new makeup. Once her face was pretty clean, I got the foundation that matched her skin and blended it through her soft skin. The next step after that was for me to do the eyes. I worked on that for a bit until her eyes looked like a super model's eyes. Then I just put on a bit of lip balm and I was done. I turned her around so he could see her even more beautiful face. She loved it. "Thank you so much Kat!"

I just looked at her smiling.

"So what do you want to do now Kat?" Ash asked, eager to do more things. "I don't know, we have already done the cookies and now make overs and it is only 9pm!"

I explained.

"Maybe we could watch a thriller movie and talk about boys?" Ash said picking up the movie she had rented out this afternoon. "What is it called and what is it about?" I asked. "It's called.... are you sure your ready it's really scary?" She said looking at the movie without me seeing it. "Just tell me!" I yelled. "Ok, ok, just keep your voice down. Its called......... CINDERELLA!" Ash said laughing, while holding up the video. "Ah your so annoying Ash!" I said sarcastically, while laughing to. "Ok ok we're going to watch Scream." She said as she calmed her laughter down and holding up the actual movie. "Cool put it on." I said getting confy.

Half way through the movie we started talking. " So Kat... Any new crushes?" She asked waiting to hear the gossip. " Um yeh I think maybe the new kid." I said quietly. "Seriously? You don't even know his name! You have no chance with him!" She said angry. "Yeh like you would have any chance with him either!" I fired back. "So I don't even like him! So it doesn't bother me! And at least I'm good looking!" Ash yelled. "OMG so that's why you have been acting so wired and dumb lately! Your in love with him too! And your so not pretty, maybe now but that's just because of my makeup skills! Soon you will just be plain ugly troll!" I was mad, so mad I was using body language. "Ah maybe you should leave!" She got up and showed be the door. "Maybe I will so see you tomorrow or if you still want to show your ugly troll face at school tomorrow!" I said as I picked up all my stuff. "Bye! Oh an here take your disgusting pasta too!" Ash said as she through my pasta on to my face and stormed off. "Ah" I screamed, as I left the house.

I ran home to quickly hop into the shower. As I got home I dumped my bags and ran upstairs to the bathroom. As I made my way up the stairs mum caught me and asked. "What happened Honey?" I didn't answer but just said. "I don't think I have a best friend any more!"
