I lightly wipe my forehead with my hand attempting to remove the sweat from the cold sweat I had just broke out in

When do I even ask?
Before she eats? No!
After? I guess...?
So after dinner or after dessert?

"Finn..! What do you want to drink?"

Millie

"Oh, sorry, uh Sprite. Or Coke. No.. Coke. Coke"

I squint my eyes at Finn. Seriously what's going on with him?

My heart once again starts racing... I thought he was back to normal. Or at least his version of normal

~~ 20 minutes later- Finn

Me and Millie have been making jokes about the most random stuff

I loved being here, just sitting with her, talking, and laughing. But I knew it was almost time..

I let the workers in on the engagement so they bought us to a private room with the excuse of "The seats are full and they messed up on the reservations"

"They could've just put people in here" Millie chuckles taking her seat

I take my seat as well and force out a chuckle

Millie

"Finn... You've been acting really weird lately"

I couldn't take it more, my mind was jumping to too many conclusions and I was scared I might believe some

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know.... You've been distant and distracted. Finn? Are you cheating on me...?"

"What? You think I- why would you even think that?"

"Again, you've been distant and d-"

"So you think Im cheating on you?!"

"Finn-"

"How could you even think that?"

"Because you've done it before!"

A blank expression falls on Finn's face as I quickly regret the words that escaped my mouth

He stays silent for a little while longer before speaking

"Millie, I know that I have. But I also know it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life" he sighs, "I don't think that it's possible for me to express in words, the guilt and regret I feel for doing that. To you. The person that I love and care about most. So let me make it up to you, in every way possible, for the rest of our lives together"

I smile before he stands up

I watch him slowly get on one knee. My heart stops and tears start flowing out of my eyes and couldn't stop. I watch pull out a tiny velvet box

"Millie Bobby Brown, will you make me the happiest man alive, and marry me?"

"YES. Finn yes" I hear clapping from outside the glass windows and wipe my tears to see everyone clapping

I laugh through more tears hugging Finn even tighter

"I love you"

He whispers in my ear lightly spinning me

"I love you too"

I literally hate myself for not updating but here is this short awful peice of crap :)

I'm already in the writing mood so I'm gonna right the LAST chapter right now and cry through it all :)
