Keeren's pov:

I still remember that wonderful day like it was yesterday , when we met young Jeremy Garza, I instantly loved the little boy when I saw how kind hearted this boy really was, his bright smile could light up the whole city and let not forget his miss matching doe eyes filled with sadness , unlike the nuns told me about him...I thought he had so much to live for , that's what made me so certain that I wanted to adopt him.

"Well...let see what the guys think then" I said playing with my fingers , sweating nervously
I had gone to the Mercy Catholic Home for Boys and Girls orphanage, along with my best friends Carlos , Austin and Josh.

We had all grown as adults and professionals in my father's company and then he passed onto me the position of CEO, after I gotten the position , I had gotten Austin as my Assistant or as he would call it  "Keeren's maid" basically he helps me with the major assignments so I won't mess up! Since he was mostly the only one I was comfortable with enough to point out my flaws in the assignments or other things within the company though he doesn't have nice ways to point them out.

"YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" Austin yelled hitting me with a news paper "OWW, WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN TO ME!!!" I whine at him.   But he's taught me how to handle the being looked down at, the complaints and the hate of other important people of this company so I don't complain much.

As of the other guys well , Carlos works as head of social media and public representations since he such an talkative and plan out guy.

As for Josh well , I promoted Josh as Head of security , no problem there until...he started seeing Austin ALL THE TIME! due to recent declaration of passionate love towards each other , so I had him moved up on the top level of this building where Carlos, Austin,My dad, and I are at.

We been friends for three years , I already knew Carlos beforehand but with Austin, he had an his internship from his college to my father , I had seen him a lot and with his recommendation, Josh got hired as well than we got closer as an family!

But...something wasn't right well to me at least, I start to feel like our family wasn't complete..so far, my love life isn't all sunshine and rainbows ...so I couldn't have an child on my own...so i decided to adopt an child at age 25.

God, I can still see Austin's face when I told him I wanted to adopt a child, since I had just turned 25 and with just finished climbing my way up in the company.

I told him that I wanted to do what my dad did with me, he gave me a better life than I had ever imagined possible when he adopted me and I wanted to do the same.

I was so nervous like my whole body was sweating like the city dam once I got them in my Black Bentley Continental GT with blindfolds on.

my hand was shaking opening the door I knew I was hyperventilating but I bite my lip trying  to calm down so I didn't give the surprise away, the nerves worsened once we got there, I ask to see Jeremy like the last time I saw him. I knew he was the child I had to adopt but of course I wanted the guys to support my decision, I had the guys wait in his room with the blindfolds still on.

I walked into room with young precious Jeremy , I would've told them to take of their blindfolds but I could already tell they had taken them off while I was gone.

Austin  was talking to Josh looking more annoyed then usually while Josh held an amusing smiled , I chuckle softly knowing what going on.

I took an deep shakey breath, and held an fake smile "Guys! I have an surprised for you!" all of their eyes went on me, I felt my stomach wanting to explode.
