I woke up , I smiled remembering what happened last night . Last night i had hot , and , steamy sex with my best friend . it was amazing , and all . I sat up but laid back down , oh shit , im sore , ugh , I read about this , if you do it hard and fast when it's your first time , in the morning your sore .
I looked next to me but there was no one there then , the door opened , I snapped my eyes and saw cole with breakfast . " thought I'd make you breakfast in bed " he smiled "thank you " I sat up and stayed up , I groaned , cole rushed to my side with a worried expression " ARE YOU OKAY !?!? ARE YOU HURT !?!?! "
" it's okay cole , just a little sore , I'll be fine . sooo , are we training today? "
" I am but , your not . " " please cole pleaseeeee " I wined " fine , get your training clothes on and eat your breakfast . " he sighed defeated , and walked out the door. I ate , got in my training clothes and went to the exercise room.

I dried my hair then curled it and put maskera , light shiny eyeshadow and red lipstick . I walked to my closet and put on some black skinny jeans and a red v neck and caramel brown boots .
