"Hey Soojin-ah" Jungkook greets, I stand there surprised at his sudden presence before deciding to answer, "Hi Jungkook, what brings you here?" I answer regaining my chill, "You left your bracelet." He reveals as I take the chance to look at the said bracelet in his hand, it was my grandmothers gift from my 23rd birthday, it was a loose article on my wrist explaining how it fell off.
"Oh, I didn't even notice." I answer before taking the bracelet, "Thank you Jungkook" I utter with gratitude. He smiles indicating it was no big deal before turning around to retreat into his home. I watch his back as he turns to the corner, disappearing completely.
I enter my home and continue waiting for Taehyung, my mind wanders off and I start to think about Jungkook. He's a nice guy, he seems pretty chill and isn't annoying, which is my preference in people as I consider myself as a laid-back person, but of course people like Taehyung are nice as well cause you'll never get bored with them.
He loves the Sun and waits for it to rise, I end up wondering if I've seen him before or if he just got into being a heliophile. I'm not sure why, but something inside me pushes me to get closer to him and to be his friend.
I'm not really into relationships since I'm afraid they'll end up leaving me. Friends are more my type, and I believe you just have to find those hidden gems as more plastic people tend to come up these days.
My train of thoughts get cut as the doorbell rings rapidly, I get up once again sure that the person ringing the bell is the expected individual. To comfirm my assumptions I open the door and have them answered as correct.
"Hello Noona!!" He cheers excitingly while holding a plastic bag full of snacks and sweets. "Hey Tae." I greet happily while gesturing him to come inside to which he quickly obliges, taking his shoes off and bolting to the living room.
He puts the bag near the coffee table and sits down, making himself at home. "So what are we gonna do?" I ask sitting down with him before checking the bag for something to eat.
"Let's watch something, You know netflix and chill." He says casually despite the meaning behind the said action. "What??" I jolt up confused, "Netflix and chill? If you want we can just do something else." He says nodding at his kind offer.
"Jeez why do you act like netflix and chill is something illegal to say." He says cluelessly. "What do you think Netflix and Chill means Tae?" I ask hoping to get a wrong answer. "Watching Netflix and Chilling at the same time?" He ask with tone saying "duh".
I started laughing hysterically while he looks at me with judging eyes. "Sure." I say finishing my fit of laughter. "You're weird why did I become friends with you." He replies chuckling a little bit. "You love meeee" I remind before clinging to him like a koala.
Suddenly a familliar loud noise fills my ear drums causing me to cry out. "STUPID NETFLIX INTRO!" I shout to the tv with Taehyung giggling to my side.
