I have these headcanons that before Koishi closed off her heart that 1. Her third eye was red like Satori's because it was still functioning and pumping blood thru her body but is now blue (frozen?) because it's stagnant 2. She kept her hair short much like Satori's but let it grow out after she closed her eye because she didn't feel like getting it cut
