He felt nervous as he got near the coffee shop. A part of him didn't want to meet his ex. As he opened the door a young boy waved at him smiling from the table near the window. A lot of traveling...Many people around the world wants me to photograph for different magazines and stuff, so it's been difficult for me and my girlfriend-" Jimin chocked on his coffee by the words. "You got a girlfriend?" He asked. "Yes, her name is Minseo" Jungkook was looking at Jimins naked hand. He didn't have the ring on. Jimin noticed that he was glaring at his hand and he immediately took it under the table. There was silence. It felt awkward.
"I saw you wearing our ring yesterday at the grocery store." Jimin didn't know what to say. He was shocked by the sudden conversation change. "Yeah, I think it's pretty and it makes me remember many good memories" he managed to say. Jungkook smiled. "But you aren't wearing it today?" "Why are you asking me these questions? Why do you really care, Jungkook?" Jungkooks eyes widened. "Why did you introduce me as an old friend to your friend? Too embarrassed to call me your ex?" Anger started to rise in Jimins body. Jungkook sat there, shocked. "I don't think it's a good idea for exes to meet up again, especially us. We drifted apart because of work and we didn't feel anything for each other anymore. We moved on. That's why I'm not wearing the ring now. You moved on, I moved on. Why bringing up the past?"
Jungkook didn't say a word, he was shocked by Jimins words. Jimin realized what he just said and felt uneasy. He wanted to leave. "I'm sorry, this was a bad idea." He said before standing up and leaving the coffee shop. Leaving Jungkook.
