episode 8: the bone cage

You were outside of the building were Hone was holding the bomb with a smirk slowly walking in, he said he wanted a good fight huh? Your gonna make him regret challenging you.

"Start!" You heard All Might as you entered and looked around walking thru the first floor calmly, you weren't worried about what Hone could throw at you since you could phase thru his attacks so you could go straight to capturing him the moment he appeared

But it seemed you were wrong as pillars came rushing towards you at full speed

You barely managed to dodged them as you looked at the white pillars and looked in front of you, it was Hone "I found, hero!" He seemed to be in character

"Is this your big plan? Put two giant pillars in front of me? You know I can phase through right?"

"That's the funny part, my quirk: bone expansion pets me use every single bone in my body and extended or harden, do you know how many bones there is in the human body?"

"More then 200" as you said that your eyes widened as he retracted his pillars "that's right, I have more then 200 ways to defeat you!" Bones began rushing towards you but you phased through them and began running to the next floor

'Gotta find the bomb' you though before looking around and seeing bones crush the wall at high speeds!

You phased through again beginning to run towards the stairs but at every corner it seemed Hone was a step ahead. You gritted your teeth seeing you still had to run but you needed to think of something, phasing through as much as you have done this day was tiring you out.

'Dammit! How is he so fast!' You stopped to take in some air but as you did this you saw the white pillars approach you making you grunt before phasing through one, you were tired of this chase and where now gonna face him head on.

But as you phased through you could feel something in your foot, the shock made you snap out of your quirk and the next thing you saw was a punch to the face sending you back into a wall and before you could recover you felt bones cover your arms this would easily be taken care of but do to the running and the abusive use of your quirk you were too tired.

"Seems I caught you, easier then I thought" you weakly looked up and saw Hone his arms extending into the wall "you were a sneaky rat but it was just a matter of time before you tired out"

This kid was good, you normally had no problems using you quirk multiple times but this time he had managed to take you to your limit heck not even Aizawa had managed to tire you out as much.

"Well it seems we have a winner! Villain team wi-" All Might's words were could short as you phased through yet again punching Hone square in the jaw panting as you stood back up "still have some energy huh?" He asked as he wiped some blood off his cheek

"Think I'm gonna give up? What kind of hero does that?" You smirked devilishly as you put your goggles back on since they had fallen off with Hone's attacks and with a smirk you rushed towards him punching him yet again as you began cornering him into a wall

But as you were launching another punch he used his quirk to pushed you back again beating you over and over.

You gritted your teeth grabbing his bone spikes and headbutting him sending him back flinching before you punched him yet again and grabbed the capturing tape as you held his arms back and wrapped them tightly pushing him down

"An unexpected victory, hero team: WINS!" Yelled all might making you smile before standing up and helping hone up untying him "come on let's go" you said as he nodded but seemed frustrated as you walked with him away from the building.

"Y/N!" Your name was the first thing you heard as you entered Mina and Kirishima smiling "dude that comeback was great! I thought you had lost" the red haired boy said as he looked at you with Mina nodding both making you blush in embarrassment.

"Oh um thanks I tried my best" you smiled and looked up to kirishima "who's up next?" You asked as you scratched the back of your head

"Oh Midoriya and uraraka are going against Iida and Bakugou" hearing the matchup by it self made you uneasy as you remembered bakugou's attitude in the physical test

"Bakugou... Him and midorya seem to have some history together" you said before thinking for a moment

"Hey Y/N" you looked to your left and found Hone walking up to you "oh.. Hey" you said in a more neutral tone before looking at him directly

"Great fight" he said extending his arm which confused you, you were expecting insult or mockery but there he was offering his hand for a friendly shake

"Oh.. Yeah" you shook his hand as you scratched the back of your neck and seeing the smile on his face "but next time, I won't lose" he grinned as he said that making you return the grin for some reason "I will enjoy seeing you try"

He laughed "well the next match is about to start, so let's watch" he suggested making you, kirishima and Mina nod walking towards the monitor close to all might and looking up too see Midorya and Uraraka waiting "you got this, deku" you said as he put his face plate on

"START!"
