After hours of traveling and paying close attention to detail, the young redhead found the spot her friend had texted her to be at. Looking around, she stared at the log that was being held up by woods. Her hand lightly touched it before her head met a plastic bottle. She looked up and poked it with her fingers. Her feet kept moving as her eyes wandered.
"Not what you're used to?"
Turning around, the female warrior saw the silver ranger walking towards her.
"Never did see swinging plastic bottles being attached to string." Vanni replied as she poked another one, "Not a common thing you find in the woods."
"Well, consider this to be the first." The sixth ranger said to her.
"I find that not hard to believe." Vanni responded.
"Good,." Another voice spoke up. From her right side, the teenage girl saw the green Ranger appear, "You have to have some kind of surprise in your life eventually."
"Not surprising, just weird." Savannah disagreed, "So this is why I was called? Look I've got places to be in the next two hours, can we speed this up?"
"You've got two hours." the blue ranger, "There's no need to rush."
"Besides, we need to show you something." The yellow ranger chimed in after that.
She grabbed her friend by the wrist and put her next to a tree. Standing there, the redhead crossed her arms. The other two rangers met up with the gang.
"Now." The pink ranger informed, "You cannot tell ANYBODY about this. If someone knows, it puts us and you in danger. It would cause a lot of chaos and right now, we don't need anymore attention."
"We picked this place because no one knows about it." The leader continued, "And so far, it's the safest from any cameras or news reporters."
"Revealing is basically putting more lives in jeopardy and not making anything better. Got it." Savannah understood.
Sighing, the red ranger looked at his teammates for a split second before looking back at fearless young girl.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Yep," Savannah riposted, "Oh and Troy, your morpher is sliding down the side of your leg a little bit."
Looking down, the leader saw that was correct and gave her a, "Thanks." He placed it back on correctly and made sure it was not loose. In mid fixing, he stopped himself and looked back up at his friend. She was smiling the whole time. The others were just as surprised.
"How did...?" Jake asked astonished.
"You knew?" Emma inquired to the redhead.
"Knew?" Savannah returned in question, "Guys, your voices don't change. With or without your suits, you're still the same person. That and how colored coordinated you all are." The team shared a glance, "That's not me being smart. I'm just not clueless."
She walked up to the Rangers and promised, "Look, I'm very good at keeping secrets and considering that you guys are on the news, I'm not going to spill. I was there so it wouldn't be right. I just have more abilities than you guys so I was able to stay out of the limelight."
After a small moment of silence, the red ranger approached her and asked, "So the whole time we were fighting together you knew?"
"Uh huh." Savannah answered back, "Not to mention when I left to deal with Kent, you guys were already gone. That's a big clue."
"Welp, guess this was for nothing." Orion commented.
"No it wasn't." Savannah did not agree. She swiped the morpher away from the red ranger, "I don't hate the help."
"And we can say the same thing." Troy sided with her.
He nodded to the others. Everyone powered down, returning to their original forms. All of them came near the other two teens. The blue eyed, redheaded warrior played with the morpher in her hands.
"So now that we're all together." Vanni started out before asking, "When do I meet Gosei?" The group gave each other surprised looks, "Oh guys come on, seriously? If I know about freaking Zordon, then I'm aware of his student." Savannah stated the obvious, "It's been twenty four years."
"Twenty five actually." Noah corrected her.
"Twenty four." Vanni counteracted.
"Twenty five." Noah disagreed.
"Twenty four." Vanni replied.
"Twenty five." Emma confirmed, the two turning to her when she spoke out, "I looked it up."
"Whatever." Savannah laid it to rest, "But yeah, the sooner we get all of the introductions out the way, the sooner we figure out how to take out Kent."
"Right." Jake agreed, "Let's head back, but uh, Gosei isn't Zordon so if-"
"I can't go back in time, so I don't know what Zordon is like." Vanni cut him off, "I have to meet my parents afterwards, so we better make this quick."
With that, the group of teams left the area and headed for the beach. What they were not aware of was who was around. He had a smile plastered on his face. Whipping out his communicator, his finger pressed the black button on the side of it so he could talk.
"Well, I got em." the guy told his boss, "They're headed for some kind of base. I'll let you know when I get there. All that power is gonna be ours."
