14- Dialouge

Romeo's POV:

Today I'm gonna ask Kayla Stevens to be my girlfriend. Yes I know you're probably thinking "what the heck are you asking her out??? You just met and you guys live a long plane ride apart." Well I want her to be my girlfriend because I love her. I never thought love at first sight existed, well before I met Kayla I thought that. I'm extremely nervous. I have no clue what she's gonna say, but I hope it's a yes.

Brooklyn drops me off at their hotel. I text K saying that I'm in the lobby. A few minutes later I saw her and her parents walk out of the elevator. I run up to Kayla and give her a big hug. Gosh I missed her, and it's only been like 12 hours.

"Hi Romeo!" Kayla says to me.

"Hey K, I missed you so much." I tell her.

"I did too." She tells me as she pulls me in for another hug.

Maybe she does like me? Eh probably not, oh well.

We hop in an Uber and head to the Musée D'Orsay.

My family and I never really do touristy things or go to touristy places. Yes we are in Paris right now but it's not like we go to the louvre or anything. Traveling in touristy places is really hard for us because of all the fans and most annoyingly the paparazzi. What's so interesting about my family and I walking down a street??? Well if you couldn't tell I'm super excited for today.

We arrive and Kayla's dad says,

"Romeo and Kayla, do you want to walk around here by yourselves, me and Melissa can walk around by ourselves?"

I look at Kayla and she smiles and nods.

"That sounds good, thanks." I say to Paul.

Yay alone time with Kayla.

"Where to first?" I ask her as I grab a map.

"Well you already know I want to go to the clock." Kayla tells me.

"Yeah but that's not alllll we are gonna do here." I say to her.

"Yeah you're right. Let's just head that way." She suggests.

"Ok." I say.

We walk towards the clock, stopping at exhibits in the way. There was nothing to special. Well until we went into the Van Gogh room. Yes Van Gogh is talented but it's not his art that made that place so special. We were looking at this one painting of flowers and Kayla looked at me and smiled so bright at me. I grab her hand and smile even brighter than she did. Omg we are holding hands!!!!!

We walk into a huge room (while still holding hands😉) and right on one wall is the clock Kayla has been thinking about. Surprisingly we are the only ones in here

I hear Kayla squeal.

"There it is K!" I say to her.

She pulls me towards the clock.

"Can you get a picture of me?" She says as she hands me her phone and let's go of my hand.

"Wait Kayla?" I say.

"Yes?" She says confused.

I'm so nervous I could throw up right now.

"I have a question and I know you might say no which is totally ok but I just know I won't be able to live with myself if I don't ask you this right now." I tell her and she gets closer to me.

"What is it?" She asks looking very confused.

Here goes nothing.

"I know we've only known each other for like two days but I love you and I was wondering if you want to be my girlfriend?" I ask so nervously.

Silence.

I see Kayla's eyes light up before she says, "You're kidding."

"No I'm not." I say confused.

"Romeo...." She starts to say.

"As I said it ok to say no, I can live with being friends." I tell her.

"I don't want to be friends Romeo." She says.

"Wait what?" I ask even more confused.

"I would love to be your girlfriend." She tells me.

O. M. G. YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

We hug for about 2 minutes. I couldn't be happier right now.

We get out of the hug and I tell Kayla my new girlfriend, "Now I'll take your picture."

"Yay thank you R." She says as she hands me her phone again.

She does a lot of poses and I literally take 32 photos. Have fun going through those Kayla😏.

Each picture was beautiful and she's beautiful. Gosh I love her.

A man walks into the room as sees me taking pictures of Kayla. He asks if we want some together. He takes a coupe as I put my arm around her in front of the clock. They turned out really well too.

"Ooo I love this one!" She tells me as she shows me one. It's one of just her.

It's perfect.

"I love it to." I tell her. "I'm going to post one of the two of us."

"I'm going to go public right now and post it and you should too." She says.

"Ok." I say back to her.

"I'll make the caption the date because we started dating but it doesn't blatantly tells everyone we are dating because it can just mean the date, you know?" She tells me.

"I like that." I say. "If it's okay with you I want to wait to tell the fans."

"I do too." She says as she types the caption.

I can't believe she's mine now.
