You're Too Late

One Shot

It is a very beautiful day.

The weather was just right. Like it was soothing you. The calmness of the air and clouds relaxed you and you were sure you needed it.

Yes today was a perfect day for a wedding.

Even if today was a beautiful beautiful day it would be the worse for you and you knew it.

You see her looking as beautiful and elegant as ever. Smiling her green orbs shinning with happiness while walking down the aisle.

Looking at the one she loves and you realize its not you anymore.

She is not yours anymore you glance at the man she loves and say to yourself.

"Why?"

She choose your bestfriend as the man whom she will spend the rest of her life with.

You smile bitterly as you remember her always chasing you in your childhood years.

She confidently says she loves you with all her heart but what do you do?

You ignore her you say she's annoying because for you love is a weakness, a useless emotion. You never believed in love but silently you wished for it.

How ironic.

You remember how much she cried and begged you to stay but you ignored her because you were blinded by your anger.

Now you realize how wrong you are everything you decided before is being played in front of you right now.

You realized you were bieng over confident. You expected that when you come back she would still love you.

How stupid.

You remember the day when you came back she wasnt even there because she was busy.

Yet you still waited for her and she never came.

You remember asking her if she still loved you and you got answer which caused your heart to break.

"No I don't love you anymore.
He was always there he became the person which I wanted you to be.
And as time passed I realize I wasnt asking for you anymore asked for him. "

You remember how she smiled and how it broke your heart. It shattered together with you dreams of loving her forever.

You thought wrong and decided wrong.

You see her now beautifully beaming as you realize how blinded and stupid you were.

You see her now in front of the altar saying the vows that would change your life and her life forever.

You see how in love she is and it is not you anymore.

"YOU MAY NOW KISS THE BRIDE"

And you realize your too late.
