okay soooooo this story may be considered offensive to some people. understand that none of this is real and that it is simply for the sake of the story. again sorry if offensive I do not have any discriminatory feeling so pls no judging. but advice IS needed.
There are many kinds of dragons and this is the story of two. Dragons must attend school at 234 years of age and must be able to turn into their human form.(dragons really like da money's so they wanted to used as little funding as possible. Draggos are greedy men.٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
The ice nation was one of scholars and those of wisdom, wind dragons kept seasons safe and in gentle care, the nature dragons are self explanatory, the hot headed ones in th fire nation are known as our warriors and protectors.
In these groups there are markings. (Think of them as job descriptions for work in each of their kingdoms) Stripes usually become scholars or teachers, spots means Parenting (I will murder any kinky thoughts in comment section) or caretakers , A flower on the back means doctors or nurses, a scale means a place of judging and court cases( go fucking figure), a triangle means knighthood, and sadly the blanks are made into maids and farmers places of lowly positions and are considered worthless. ( again no disrespect to these jobs, they are simply for the storys sake)
The swirls though. They mean royalty. If you have swirls and don't think or act the way they want you to. Execution. No questions. you are dead if you make the slightest error. You are royal and can't mix with commoners. You have an arranged marriage and strict rules. you are meant to be a leader of a nation and must battle at the end of the year with other royals to the death to become the next leader.
the school is the only place where all markings are mixed. all the dragons learn how to work in their roles and are taught societies rules. things are strict and regulated in a way where anyone can get hurt because we all know, no matter how hard teachers try, we all get hurt in school. no matter the precautions, we are all stuck in a war everytime we enter the school grounds. we all have expectaions and if they aren't met, you are crushed(sorry bit of a rant)
