Diamond
My legs burned. My lungs burned. My entire body felt as if it were on fire. I didn't stop, though. I kept running, that was until I was tackled but a huge black wolf. I screamed as he tackled me. He shifted in top of me and I couldn't help bit stare.
"What are you doing here, Rouge? " He asked.
"I uh- I ran f-from my old p-pack," I stuttered and he nodded, getting up. I blushed madly as he chuckled.
"Don't worry," He chuckled again as he helped me up," Just don't look down there." I nodded still blushing.
"O-okay." I stuttered and he grabbed my face, looking into my eyes.
"Wow," He breathed as he let go, "your eyes are - beautiful. "
"Thanks," I whispered and he smiled.
"So why did you leave?" He asked, walking to a tree with a pair of shorts waiting for him.
"My mate," I whispered as he put the shorts on.
"Did you sense him here or...?" He asked and I looked down," Oh. Hey it's okay, he doesn't deserve you, anyway." He told me as he hugged me.
"Thanks," I whispered then heard more wolves.
"Here comes my alpha," He muttered and held me close.
"Nash!" A voice yelled," Who is the rouge?"
"This is..." He leaned down to my size," Whats your name?"
"Diamond, but you can call me Didi." I told him.
"Alpha Ryker, this is Diamond. She ran from her old pack because of her mate. I ask if you could take her in with us."
"Why?" He asked, coming out of the shadows. He looked like a over protective father to me.
"Because I think she would be a bit more happy here, with us." He smiled at me at the last part.
"If you insist, " He muttered," Welcome to the pack, Diamond. " Cheers erupted from everywhere and Nash spun me around.
"Welcome to the family, Doll." Nash whispered in my ear as we walked to their pack house. Once we got there, I was shocked.
"Wow," I breathed as we entered through modern Italian doors. The entire house seemed so modern, so perfect.
"Do you like it?" Nash asked, wrapping his arm around my waist.
"Its beautiful, " I breathed out.
"Nash, do you mind sharing a room with Diamond? We don't have anymore guest rooms left." Alpha Ryker asked.
"Not at all," He told him.
"Why do you not have any more guest rooms left?" I asked as Nash and I walked up the white tornado swirled stairs that where in the middle of the huge living room.
"Do you know what pack this is?" He asked me.
"No."
"Doll," He smirked as we walked through a hallway," This is the Invictus Pack."
"That means-" I started but he cut me off.
"This is the worlds largest and strongest pack." He told me as we walked into his room. I stared at his room, scared it might be a prank.
"Com'on doll," He ushered me to the bed," Its not infected." The bed was circular and red as it sat by the wall made of windows that viewed the ocean. There was a hole in the ciling which held multiple lights outlining it.
