Introduction

Hey! As you guys already know, my name is Kaye and I do book reviews.

"Why?"
Some of you may be wondering why I'm doing this. Well, a super close friend of mine has written on here for about six years and she's always entered the Wattys but has never won. I seen how it hurt her feelings, but she still didn't give up. But lately, I noticed she doesn't feel like writing and I'm afraid that's why. I've read all of her books and I think that they are amazing, they're just not being recognized. So, I wanted to shed light on not only her books, but all the other underdog writers out there. So, not only can you get reviews from this book, you can also be on the hunt for a good book to read.
If I do a review on a fanfic and give it a nice review, chances are somebody's going to go check it out. So not only does this give the writer a good review but it also sends them some new readers.

"What are you getting out of this?"
I'm not getting paid or published or promoted or anything like that. I'm doing this out of the kindness in my heart. I don't think I need a payment for it. That's not what this is about.
I'm doing this simply to have something to do and to shed light on all my underdogs. I understand the struggle and I hate to see you guys not get recognized for all your hard work. So since nobody else will do it, here I am! :)

Here's my guidelines:

NO HARASSING
NO WORRIES

If you see someone's review and you don't like it, simply skip to the next review. Don't go on their page and harass them, don't bully them through comments and messages. Don't worry about them. Simply move on.

"Payments"
People are asking about payments.
Here's the payment situation:
1. I would appreciate it if you would follow me and continue following me even after I do your reviews
2. I would appreciate it if you would keep me updated on your story even after I have given you your review
3. It's not mandatory to fill out the note below but if you do, you can compete in my writing competitions. (I'll explain more about it below)
4. All you need to do for a review is use the hashtag #KayeReview and I will regularly check up on that hashtag and review all the books that fall under it.

"Writing Competitions"
Here's just a quick little note that I would like for you guys to fill out. It's not mandatory, but I would actually appreciate it if you would fill it out just so I could get a better feel of you and your story.
It's actually going to be used to help me categorize you and your works for the writing competitions that I want to hold when I get a bigger "fan base".
I want to hold competitions like your typical writing competitions but instead of having one winner, I want to have like sixteen categories which will make there be sixteen winners.
Example:
Categories:
Ages 10-15 mystery
Ages 16-19 mystery
Ages 20-30 mystery
Ages 10-15 fanfic
Ages 16-20 fanfic
Ages 21+ fanfic
Then have like girls and guys separate for the sometimes just so there's a better number of winners.

Author's Gender
Story Title:
Story Genre:
Storyline:

Again, it is not mandatory, but if you want to compete in the competitions, it is needed for that. Again, you do not have to fill it out for the reviews. But you do have to fill it out for the competitions. (feel free to comment your answers below).

"Why do I need to follow you?"
I do require you to follow me for the reviews and the competitions.
I just recommend you follow me in general because I will be posting my updates and I make sure it alerts my followers so how are you going to keep up and be up to date with all of the updates if you don't want to follow me?
Especially if you're expecting me to do your review or if you want to compete in a competition and an emergency happens and I'm not able to hold the competition, I'll post an update because I won't be able to tell everyone individually so it's best that you follow me so you'll know things as I post them.
It just makes perfect common sense to follow me and to keep up with things rather than not.
