Two Worlds

Chapter 4

    I woke up and saw Allison still fast asleep. I poked her and she woke up. We looked at each other then started laughing. My mom said that I should get home early today because I have a lot of chours at home. Allison said, "k". I packed up my stuff, we ate, and I headed home. 

    I walked up the steps to my house when I heard a terrible scream. I froze. It sounded like my mother. I ran inside and out the back door. I saw my mom on the ground with her horse Pipe. Mom what happened to Pipe. Oh she was walking over to her food when that giant snake bit her ankle. She fell to the gound and can't get up. "Do you want me to go get uncle Billy" I said. She said, "Yes"! As you can see my uncle is a vet.

    I knocked on my uncles front door. He opened it and said, "Why Jessica you look worried". Well I am. Moms horse was bitten by a snake and can't walk. "Oh that sounds bad, we better get over there" Billy said.  

    We walked down the road to my house. When we went around the back we saw mom feeding the horse. "Let me take a look at the bite" Billy said. Oh this dosen't look to serious. Lets wrap it up and let her sleep. "Ok" mom said.

    I walked back inside to see dad sitting at the table. He was eatting a bowl of oatmeal. I walked past him and walked up to my room. She was thinking about school and how things went so well. If her first day was a dream come true how will monday go?
