Getting to Know You

둘 - two

Y/N POV

The boys looked happy to be coming along for some reason. I had no idea why, they didn't know me and I didn't know them. Everyone was just talking to each other while I lead the way. Then Chan came up next to me.

"Tell me about yourself", says Chan.

I looked up at Chan, he had the most dreamy eyes. His smile was sweet and genuine and, oh, don't get me started on his hair. I shook my head to snap me back to reality but Chan took it the wrong way.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to weird you out or anything" he said.

"Wait, no, sorry. I just zoned out." I replied in a panicked tone, "Well.. I'm 18 and I'm gonna be graduating from high school soon!"

"You're only 18? I thought you were older!" he said, noticing my concerned look, "N-Not like you look old or anything! You just act more mature."

Chan started scratching the back of head, awkwardly smiling. I looked at the ground giggling. We heard some footsteps coming up to us and both turned around to see Felix running up to us. We didn't notice that we started walking faster than the group.

"Hey guys. Um, Y/N, right? How far is the school?" Felix asked putting his arms around both of our shoulders.

Startled, I responded, "Oh, y-yeah, that's my name. Um it's like five minutes away, not too far."

Felix nods and runs back to the group, I assume it's to tell them. Chan and I looked at each other. It looked like he was about to say something but he looked away. I decided to strike up another conversation before we got to my school.

"So when did you guys debut?"

"Oh, it was months ago. Around March"

"Wow you guys really are a rookie group, but that's pretty cool"

"Yeah, have you heard any of songs-" Chan closed his eyes and shook his head, "Wait, no, you just found out about us today.."

I covered my mouth and giggled, "I can listen to your songs when I get to school" you said while smiling at Chan. He smiles back.

"This is it!" I say as we reached my school, "Thanks for walking me here guys, I didn't mean to intrude your hangout. And I'm sorry for bumping into you."

"Don't worry about it, we actually needed to go this way for the museum." said Chan

"Good luck in school!" said Felix

"Yes good luck!", "Have fun!", "Be careful.", "Yes." the others' added.

They started heading to the museum while smiling and waving at me. I smiled and waved back, "Bye! Have fun you guys!"
