Rosa is a 17 year old that escaped the camp when she was 7, her mom turned her in when she found out she had powers. Rosa was one of the first to arrive in the camp.
Rosa her mother was also one of the most feared bounty hunters.
Rosa hide well for 10 years but she was one of the most wanted teens, she was at an abandoned house sitting on the couch trying to get the rest she needed.
Rosa goes by a fake name, she has been calling herself Tina.
