I remember it like it was yesterday.The day my cursed brother AJ came to camp.
(Flashback 200 years ago)
I had been gone for 3 months on a quest for Athena to win her approval to ask Annabeth's hand in marriage and I was FINALLY finished! I had gotten a ring made especially for her by Hepheastus himself. It was a gold band with an owl that had sea green pearl eyes straight from Atlantis on it. I returned to camp and was greeted by Nico and Thalia! I was estatic to see my cousins again but I had to find Annabeth. So I asked them where she was but was only met with nervous glances and stuttered replies of "Ummm...well you see Perce, i-it's a long story?" since I couldn't get a straight answer out of them I walked down to the beach, Nico and Thalia following close behind me yellling things like "Stop" "You can't go down there" and pulling at my arms trying to slow me down. But it was too late and what I saw made my blood boil. There was a boy there who looked exactly like me with his arms around none other than Annabeth, MY Annabeth and the whole camp cheered while they kissed.Poseidon appeared and said "All hail, AJ Thomas, my son and a Hero of Olympus!" that was it I couldn't take it anymore! I stormed through the campers, Nico and Thalia not far behind. To be honest I kind of forgot they were there-sorry of topic- as I was saying I stormed through the campers, walked straight up to AJ and punched him square in the jaw, knocking him off balance and making him fall backwards. Then I turned to Annabeth who looked deathly afraid and screamed "WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS" but all she could say while she was shaking,whimpering and crying was "P-pe-r-rcy it's it's n-not what it looks li-ike" "It's not what it looks like!?!? IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! HOW DARE YOU ANNABETH CHASE HOW DARE YOU." I turned away and then deathly quiet said "I was going to propose" but just to add salt to the wound my father said to me "Perseus Jackson, for attacking an innocent camper who is my son AND your brother, you are hereby disowned and banished from Camp Half-Blood" while AJ smirked at me, Poseidon added "You have an hour to get packed"...To be continued
