((A/N- so people read this???? *inhales motivation*
okokok
Since I'm still on summer break (although it ends soon) I'm going to try and write a bunch of chapters and release 1 or 2 a week while I'm actually busy))

Hau paused and looked up at me again.
"Gladion?. Do you feel the same?."
Godammit. He's making that pitiful face again..
And I do feel- I feel something- why do I keep saying that?!
"Hau.."
He looked up at me nervously, with the tiniest spark of hope. I don't know why but I just-

I answered his question by kissing him. I don't know why, it just- it just happened. He looked shocked for a moment, but then started kissing back for a moment. I almost whined like a lovesick rockruff when he pulled away. I looked away from him, blushing a tomato red. That's when I heard some giggling, and Hau wrapped his arms around me. I felt his fingers intertwine with mine, and looked down. Hau smiled a childish grin when we locked eyes, but all it did was send waves of guilt over me.

Did I kiss him because I love him, or because it'll get me closer to §10,000? Even if I do love him, it'll all be over soon. Why does this have to happen to me?!

Hau stood up, sort of dragging me upwards as well since our hands were still together. I let go and nervously wiped my sweaty palms on my jacket before looking back at a smiling Hau.
"Let's go home, Gladi,"
I frowned. More time with Hau would just twist me up into a bag of emotions, and I couldn't allow that.
"I'll be going back to my apartment today, Hau,"
"Your m o t e l? Why?"
Hearing him say motel like that made me realize how poor I was in comparison to him.
"Yes!" I snapped at him, which caused him to flinch.
"O-ok.."
Hau look disappointed.
Without another word, I walked off into the opposite direction. I might as well take the long way home today.

As soon as I arrived home, I flopped onto my couch. Spending all this time with Hau had been amazing, yet exhausting. I fell into a deep sleep, thinking about Hau.

My dream was definitely odd, I will admit. I was in my apartment, laying on the couch. Hau was laying next to me, looking to be half asleep. His shirt was off and he was only in a blanket and his orange shorts, while I was in my jacket and some swim trunks. Hau's hair was soaked, and he looked paler than normal.
"Hau?"
He opened his eyes a little, then closed them. His breathing was awfully shallow.
Get those thoughts out of your head Gladion... What happened to him anyway?
"Hau,"
He just groaned in response, and sat up weakly. He sounded to be in pain.
"Are you alright, Hau?"
Hau looked up at me, then clutched his stomach.
"I- I don't feel well.."
"What hur-"
Before I could finish my sentence, Hau started throwing up water. He looked to be in a lot of pain.

I woke with a start, scared and confused.
What does a "loved one throwing up water" dream mean?.
