Babysitting (Imagine)

Victoria's POV

My phone chimed as I was in a serious conversation with Richard. He is having a house party with his friends and I'm invited to come and hang out with them yet I have to watch over Aaliyah his daughter. Don't get me wrong I love her, she is so cute and sweet and wild like her dad, but I would want to talk to Erick at the party more. I have always had a crush on Erick but never told him and I'm really shy around him. But maybe tonight will be my night. I take a shower and change into a simple yet stylish outfit....

I smiled at myself in the bathroom mirror as I walked outside and drove to Richard's house. I am super excited to see everyone. About 20 minuets later I reached the Camacho house. I got out and knocked on the door. It opened with Richard in his sweater and jeans with Aaliyah in his hands.

"Toria,"Aaliyah said in her baby voice.
"Hola Muñeca! Como estas?"
"Bien!"
"Que bueno,"I said with a smile. I picked up a little spanish from the boys since I hang around them a lot.
"Hey Rich,"I said hugging him.
"Hey Tori, nice to see you. Thanks for watching Aaliyah."
"No problem I love this little girl,"I said tapping Aaliyah's nose.

Richard put her down and she ran to her toys. I smiled and helped Richard set up the place. Soon everyone came including Erick. I blushed when I saw him and was about to walk up to him when I felt something on my leg that was weighing me down. I look down and see Aaliyah on my leg giggling. I smile and pick her up and toss her in the air and catch her.

"You sneaky girl! What are you doing,"I laugh.
"Tehehe,"she giggled and smiled.

I shook my head as Yashua took her outside for a little as I walked over to the boys. I was having a fun time talking with them yet I still didn't have the stomach to talk to Erick. I was about to tap his shoulder when this girl pulled him aside and talked. My head went down as I walked out to the front of he house. This will be hopeless. I won't even be able to talk to him at this party.

I began to cry as the warm air blew making my tears fall. My knees where in my arms as I looked down at the floor. Soon enough I felt a pair of small hands cover my eyes. I smiled as I knew who it was.

"Now who could be covering my eyes,"I joked. I heard a little giggle behind me as I smiled even bigger. I took the small hands in mine and I turned around to face Aaliyah. She was smiling and then she frowned.

"Why chu cwying?"

I wiped my tears and sniffed then looked at her. I smiled the widest I could.

"Don't worry I'm ok Mama. Just a little down is all,"I said.
"Iz it becawse chur boyfwend isn't tawking to chu?"

Smart like her Dad too.

"Yeah but you'll understand when your older."
"Otay."

I hugged her and took her inside. I played with her and only her this little girl deserves an amazing life because she is an amazing girl. Soon enough she got tired out and I held her for a long time before she had to be fed. I walked in the line for food grabbing a big plate for the two of us to share as someone ended up coming next to me. I looked down and saw a ring, but not just any ring. Erick's ring! I was about to grab some ribs and I bumped his arm.

"Lo siento Erick,"I said shyly.
"It's ok. I haven't heard from you in a while...everything ok?"
"Well I guess so."

Aaliyah woke up and she looked at Erick and smiled.

"El Novio de Toria!"

I went pale as a ghost and looked at him. He was smiling like he knew what she was talking about.

"Aww Liyah don't say that your so silly."
"But didn't chu say chu wiked him?"

Again she wouldn't stop and Erick blushed and smiled. He looked at me with that look, you know THAT look. I finished and sat at the table with her and fed her. Not too short after Erick came and sat next to me. I couldn't help but blushed. What if he felt the same way as me? Maybe?

So we all just talked and danced. I talked with all the boys not Erick alone though. But Richard understands. See for yourself...

Rich💵: Come on you gotta tell him.
Tori💕: To busy with your daughter.
Rich💵: Come On I'll get Johann to watch her.
Tori💕: No I love her too much. I'll do it some how.
Rich💵: Better do it quick before someone snatches him up.
Tori💕: Fine somehow that YOU better find out.

I just have to go for it. The Music changed to Primera Cita and it was of course like a slow dance. Richard reached for Aaliyah and slow danced her. I was by myself in the corner and I looked over to see if anyone was open for a dance. I pair of familiar shoes walked in front of me. It was Erick holding out his hand.

"You wanna dance,"he asked smiling.
"I would love to."

He took me to the what you would call a dance floor even though it was just the patio out back. I was nervous to make a move when Erick chuckled and put my arms around his neck and his around my waist. I blushed and danced with him to the slow beat.

"So all that stuff Aaliyah said...was that true?"

Here we go. I guess it's time.

"That depends, what would you think if it wasn't?"
"Well then I guess it's too bad because I really like you."

Wait what?

"Y-you do?"
"Of course,"he said spinning me,"always have, I guess I didn't show it enough."
"Wow."

That was all I could say. I can't believe he felt the same way as me.

"Well I actually like you too. Always have, never had the stomach to tell you."
"Until now."

We giggled and continued to dance. I laid my head on his shoulder and kept dancing slow. He lifted my face to meet his and got closer to my face particularly to my lips. I didn't hesitate to kiss him and which I did. All the sadness of my day went away with that one kiss and I smiled at him was he caressed my cheek. When we finished Erick asked me to be his girlfriend.

"Of course I will!"

I kissed him again and Little Aaliyah was clapping as she saw what happened. I couldn't help but laugh and hug her.

"This little Angel is my good luck charm!"
"And your mine babe,"Erick said grinning.
"Awww, I love you Erick."
"I love you too Victoria,"he said kissing me again.
"You too Liyah,"I said kissing her for head.

I am so happy and greatful that all of this happened today. Luck does exist in the littlest Of forms but they have a big impact on your life.
