Luke and I walk over to the bus stop, we talk about how our dream is too have the best school year yet. But then I start thinking of the bad things in my head and become quiet. I have a worried stressed look on my
face.
"Calm down Skylar." He says. "It's going to be fine."
"I'm not scared! Who told you that?"
"Uhm, your facial expressions."
I roll my eyes.
"I just can't stop thinking about the fact that I might get bullied."
"Might." Luke says in a stern voice.
"I know. But still." I say.
The bus pulls up. Luke and I walk into the bus and go in the very back. The row in front of us have these girls in all pink and silver sparkly 10 inch heels. I tap their shoulder.
"Uhm, Hi. My name is Skylar. I'm new here... So what's North Waters High school like? Are you scared going to High School? You know, become a freshman?"
"SKYLAR NO!" Luke says. He pulls me back.
"Don't talk to them."
The girls look over and smirk and look at me like they picked me out of the garbage.
"That's Vanessa Kroutch. She
and her little Posse is considered as the populars. Or as her victims call her, the mean girls."
"Victims?!" I say opening my eyes wide.
"Ya..." Luke says hesitantly.
"Can you keep it down?!" This girl with beautiful blonde hair and grayish green eyes says.
"That's Chloe." Luke says.
"... Uhm. I'm officially scared." I say
"Well you should be! Now shut up and be quiet!"
I look at Luke.
"Ya..." He says again.
"Come on girls. Vanessa says. They go over to the front.
"Oh god. I hope I'm not the next victim." I say in a scared shaky voice.
